I have requested the CMH to send me the estimate that how much money I will get refunded if I go for cancellation of my bliss membership. I am really humiliated by grievance redressal system of the company and since the last 3 years I have faced lot of stress due to vague replies and non cooperative attitude of the company and it seems that this business is trapping the people. Because they bind member in one sided agreement which is in favour of company only not in favour of its member, this club is not friendly with its member and officials/representative doen't treat members as member. In my view terms and conditions framed by company are not approved and monitored by any govt regulatory authority to safe guard the interest of consumers. I have come to kmow that only INR 23556/- will be refunded.In just 3 years of my membrship I have paid more than 2 Lakhs INR to the company and just used resort only for 3 nights only once. This is really very strange that my investemt of more than 2 Lakhs has now just reduced to only INR 23556/- and many times I have undergone stress in my age of fifties. Kindly help me out to get my hard money refunded in justified way, I can't deal with company more bacuase there is no grievance redressal and no customer support, even they are completely neglegent towards its member, still my 7 years of membetship pending and only one time I have visited there resort, if I estimate 9 years of my investment is with the company, this type of big loss of value of money is really serious thing, and not in favour of consumer. I also request to study the agreement whether it is in favour of members or not. I will be highly obliged if you understand the situation and get me rid dome sort of this trapping membership.
