I came to know that my excess 6 days were lapse without any advance intimation. since its a paid inventory cost to me by paying ASF every year and CM cannot be so rude to your member with so cruel Stupid policy😳.
Please note that due to Covid for past 2 year i was not able to use the inventory, and also during 17July22 for my birthday celebration CM team didn't support me to utilize the holiday which was disappointing experience.
CM team were adamant with the rule & regulation & standard policy.
Don't suggest to any family & friends.
Unfortunately same disappointing experience !!😞
So my Humble request to you all to credit my lapse inventory and confirm by waitlisted booking at Tungi Lonavala. Hope you all will not disappoint this time . Was this information helpful? |
