Club Mahindra Holidays — Holiday inventory lapsed

IN spite of multiple request on email to member experience team to restating my cumulative days 13 lapsed due to pandemic, i have not seen any feedback which is in my interest and Mahindra holidays is just replying they will lapsing my earned leave which I paid for. It is the most unprofessional approach I have ever seen and it just shows they are interested in selling their product and recovering their annual fees regardless of anyone being able to travel or not and have no interest in after service after that. They are lapsing 6 days out of my 13 days which they already deducted from inventory. The request was in light of pandemic situation and they have no acceptance or empathy for the genuineness of the issue. If we have holiday inventory we will travel and they will have business. So, there is no good reason for Club Mahindra to forcefully lapse our earned inventory at least in pandemic situation. If they lapse we will loose our earned inventory!
