I have applied for Membership on 10th September 2021 and due to personal reasons I have requested to cancel my membership on 11th September 2021 itself. I have not yet received any refund so far. When you can get the money from me in 5 minutes why cant you provide the refund even after a month?.
As per your terms and condition if a membership is cancelled with 10 days, then refund should happen with in 30 days of cancellation request....

The request of refund mailed on 30.09.21 and by post also, request been submitted on 3rd day of filling up the form. But they are not reverting and refund not been made.

Height they have tagged with ASF of Sept 2021, hence cant Pay DUE ASF without paying GST. This is clear Blackmailing a member.

Due to rainfall from 17th evening there was no electricity in the resort on 19th Oct. We were given room no 2231 which had no water as well. I have upgraded my Gozest classic membership into blue studio 25 years membership and paid 198617rs Of difference amount in Kumbhalgarh resort on 15 July 2021 but I was not informed about additional annual charges to be paid every year of rs 17386.
