Club Mahindra Sales person Ankit Saxena from Delhi office [protected] sold us the holiday package by giving us all wrong information and pressurizing us at 9 PM in the night to sign documents related to its terms & conditions.
It was a 15 page document which cannot be read in 5 mins. So we signed it in hurry. There was no soft copy of it on email untill we asked for it!
In the package, he promised us 7 Club Mahindra nights & 7 RCI nights valid untill November 2022 on a down payment of 74000 rs.
He had registered our card details on CM website for all EMI payments and told us that this is just a formality and if you dont want to continue membership, you can remove your card anytime.
He also promised that we will receive 14000 as cash back within 14 days from Club Mahindra, but we had to really struggle & fight with CM to get that money after 2 months of membership.
When we called up RCI after 4 months of taking this membership, to make our holiday bookings, they told us that they dont have any information about us as Club Mahindra members.
We again had to fight with Club Mahindra because they had not sent out details to RCI because of which they denied our bookings.
Now when RCI received our details, none of our chosen locations had booking availability for the next 1 year and they also told us that our membership does not allows us to book all locations and we are not eligible for all location holidays.
When we approached CM about this issue, they said that we dont take responsibility between RCI & Customer. They have to deal directly.
After fighting between Club Mahindra and RCI for 1 month completely, Club Mahindra completely denied taking any responsibility of this issue.
We then approached the Sales Rep Ankit Saxena and he continued to pass time on this issue for another 15 days.
After 15 more days, he told us that now you cannot use any holidays because we have become overdue in our EMI payment to Club Mahindra.
So now we have paid them money and all of it has gone waste and he has threatened us that 'we can do whatever we want but nothing can be done now'.
