[Resolved] Club Mahindra Holidays — hotel room | |||
This has reference to my visit at mansingh towers for the date 16/3 to 19/3. I would like to elucidate some very important information so that you could work on this. For the first two nights i was given an hu due to non avalability of br and studio. The room number was 1405. Although it was a small room yet it was a wonderful stay. It was very neat and clean. Extra bed was given to us on a complimentary basis. All thanks to the staff. But the other side of the coin was also there. On the 18th i was given a studio apartment. Room number 1206. This room was a nightmare. The staff knew about the leakage and waterlogging in this room yet they gave me such a room. All night the water leaked and a pool of water emerged. There was no outlet for seepage, so it kept on accumulating. Lots of complaints were made, but they did not change my room saying you have to check out tomorrow, and we are helpless, and that there were no rooms. Last but not the least, when we asked for a bathing gel for the jacuzzi, they said that it is available on chargeable basis.
