[Resolved] Club Mahindra Holidays — I am complaining about reservations | |||
Hi i had a very nice planned trip for Kerala. Munnar thekdey alepy poovar. All my stay were nice except poovar. I had couple of holidays left in my account. so for 2 days of stay 3.8 days were going to be deducted from my account which is fine. But now when i reached poovar the person from poovar location called me a day back to confirm and i said yes and i was traveling as per the schedule. Now when i get there he refused to give me the room and said sorry sir all the rooms are full. I had a bad argument with him and then he gave me a room to stay which was a bit far from the resort and looked very much like a servant room. It was disgusting and unhygienic. After 6 hours of drive when i reach the hotel i get to hear this. How can such thing happen when I already have a room booked and i am confirming my schedule. The manager agreed to give me the room that I should get for the next night. The manager agreed to provide free meals and agreed not to charge me for a day which is very much unethical. Now i have further reservations which i would like to cancel. I don't want you guys to charge me for my stay at poovar. If you need managers name and room pictures let me know i can email them.
