I have the club Mahindra membership. Details as below:

We had a 1BR in the Red Season. We were given a lucrative offer to upgrade to a purple season in Oct 2020
Attached with this email is the whatsapp image which shows what was offered to us by your representative Kishan Patil.
We made a payment of the required amount for the upgrade.
The offer clearly states I am allowed to book multiple apts.
Now while I try to book 2 studio apts in the Red season I am told I am not entitled to since I own 1 studio.
Request you to refund the upgrade amount and move me back to 1 BR in the red or allow me to book 2 studios in the red season.
If you see our travel history, we have more or less always booked 2 studios since we travel with our parents.
