[Resolved]  Club Mahindra Holidays — ignorance of complaint raised over 1 year back of cancellation of membership and refund

Below is the mail details sent to mahindra holidays on 18th dec'18 which is never attended

Dear club mahindra,

I would cancel my both the memberships because of the following experiences at the resorts of my first holiday:-

Dharamshala:-

I took 2 1 bedroom memberships as i informed your sales manager mr avilash ganguly that i would be travelling with 12 adults + 4 adults (Extra beds) everytime i book through club mahindra.

Your company's official check-in time is 2 pm. The rooms were allocated to me after 1 hour of waiting at the reception with 15 people.
You need to understand i was travelling from katra (Jammu) with my family which is supposed to be very tiresome.

Services such as asking toiletries for atleast 3-4 times of my calling to the reception made me feel that i m a beggar asking for alms.
Quality of the rooms were not even equivalent to a 2 star property, name of the resort dharamshala made me feel that i was living in a dharamshala (Dormitory homes).

Is this standard of club mahindra???
Your avilash ganguly boasted of club mahindra standards, he has been persistent since last 4 years and used to meet me once every 3-4 months for your memberships, he used to show me rosy pictures of club mahindra properties.

This property doesn't even have dry kitchens. House-keeping services were also very poor as i had to call number of times for cleaning the rooms or replacing the utensils. When i went to the reception finally i got my rooms cleaned.
I went for a holiday not to go on a stressful experience.

Manali (White meadows):-

Most shameful for a brand like mahindra:- towels to be changed only once during the day. Secondly water supplies to the washrooms were restricted to certain times such as morning time was 6 am to 10 am & evening time was 7 am to 10 am, is this a chawl of mumbai with restricted water supply timings???

Im a attaching a picture of the bunch of toiletries (Sarcasm) that were kept in the washroom.

The heater in the room was not working so i asked for extra blankets as there was a sudden drop of temperature which was denied, after i requested & begged to mr manish finally i got the blankets.

Naldehra:-

Wrong billing at the time of check out, i was billed for 1 tandoori roti which we never ordered, then your person we would compensate with muffins which is still in the oven for cooking, & i have reached ahmedabad & still not received any muffins.

Kandaghat:-

No mistakes here.

Now your avilash ganguly told me about dry kitchens at all resorts but i didnt find one, i need dry kitchens as your food costs are exorbitant and not suitable for gujaratis, we like homely food in gujarati style. Thats why i wanted dry kitchens, rates of food are like 5 star hotels but taste, quality & varieties are poorer than 3 star properties.

Finally my overall first experience was very bad not as per the expectations set mr avilash ganguly.
Thats why i want to cancel this membership on immediate basis.


Please note:- i have never defaulted on payments till date.

On sept 2018, membership was cancelled from my end, also i received a confirmation from clubmahindra team that in future, they will not deduct any more amount, but now they deduct on march 2020.

highly disappointed .
