Dear sir/mam, we had purchased a package from club mahindra from your agent mr. Amarjot (Mobile no. [protected]). Under this package, we were promised a national holiday anywhere in club mahindra indian resorts within india at a payment of rs 40, 340.
We were further assured that there would be an international holiday at an emi payment of 11, 309 per month each for 3 months.
Currently we have already paid you 40, 340+22, 618 = rs 62, 958.
We have recently decided to take our holiday in darjeeling on the coming weekend (20-24 feb). We conveyed this to mr. Amarjot and also redeemed our voucher no. Klfc3813kr. On redeeming this, we were shown a list of some resorts, in which darjeeling was not included.
Further, since yesterday evening, we have been trying to contact mr. Amarjot... He is not picking up any calls from me or my wife.
My wife also called your customer care agent... They told a totally different story that we are not eligible for any type of holiday (National or international) till we pay the remaining instalment of rs 11, 309.
So answer me the following questions:
1. Why were we initially promised a holiday anywhere within india?... While we are allowed to holiday in some fixed spots only, as shown after redeeming in india... The last time i checked, darjeeling is in india only.
2. Why were we told two different stories... The agent says that we are eligible for a national holiday on payment of rs 40, 340... But the customer care guy says that we are not eligible for any holiday till we pay the entire amount of 73, 000 inr?
3. We are waiting for your confirmation to book flight tickets... Now your agent is not answering.. There is barely a week left to our holiday.
I checked on your website... The business timings are monday to saturday..6:30 pm... So we did not call him in day off.
We want to cancel our membership and want our money refunded... The complete amount of rs 62, 958 immediately.
My wife, mrs. Pardeep kaur has already lodged the same complaint on your customer care.

So I have signed up for club mahindra blue studio 25yrs membership on 31st Oct 2019.
But next day when I check my financial situation I found that I can't afford this membership so I refuse to take membership and I send mail for cancellation on dated 01.11.2019 and continue poke for refund my money
but no response from customer care. in between they deduct EMI amount from my credit card.
When I talk to customer care in Jaipur and ask why they deduct my EMI then they said that after cancellation your full amount will be return back.
Then after 42 days they send me mail for cancellation on dated 12.12.2019 and within 90 days they will refund my money back means they already took 42 days for confirm the cancellation.
Anyway now 160 days complete but still they not return my money
Please help me out in this regard.
