I have meeting with sales rep for membership on dated 31st oct 2019 and immediately he force me to deposit tocken money. That time i took wrong decision and deposit money and sales rep promise that if i don't want to take membership then i can withdraw my membership immediately and club mahindra will give my money within 30 days.

So i have signed up for club mahindra blue studio 25yrs membership on 31st oct 2019.

But next day when i check my financial situation i found that i can't afford this membership so i refuse to take membership and i send mail for cancellation on dated 01.11.2019 and continue poke for refund my money
But no response from customer care.in between they deduct emi amount from my credit card.

When i talk to customer care in jaipur and ask why they deduct my emi then they said that after cancellation your full amount will be return back.

Then after 42 days they send me mail for cancellation on dated 12.12.2019 and within 90 days they will refund my money back means they already took 42 days for confirm the cancellation.

Anyway now 160 days complete but still they not return my money

Please help me out in this regard.

      I had taken the bliss membership by paying rs. 1.82350 lakhs by cheque dated 25th january 2020 (Cheque enclosed). I was enrolled as member as per above details on 2nd february 2020. I cancelled my membership on personal reasons vide e-mail dated 11th february 2020. I had requested for refund of the amount paid and i received a mail from ms varsha poojari only on 25th february only acknowledging my mail. I spoke to one of your member experience management executive at +91-[protected] on 4th march 2020 and he has confirmed that the cancellation process has started only on 25th february. I was told that the refund amount would be sent by cheque within 60 working days of cancellation. Today i got a call from one of your member experience management executive stating that the membership cancellation process has started and i would get my refund amount within 90 working days of cancellation each time the number of days are increasing.
      I requested to kindly instruct the concerned official in club mahindra to:immediately refund the amount.in order to expedite please transfer the amount via neft to my bank account as per the details in the enclosed cheque of rs. 1, 82, 350/- which was submitted.
      Alternatively send me the cheque for the above amount to my residential address: srinivasan vedam, flat no.: - d-804, brigade gardenia, 8th phase, j p nagar, bang

        The representative from club mahindra visited and told about the facilities and the membership amount which i have to give to club mahindra. They took ₹30000 from me as down payment for membership. Next day i received a call from the customer service team of club mahindra they told me some extra fees which i have to pay as a member every year other than my membership fees. I refused to continue my membership because of their hidden policies. At that time they were agree to redund my down payment but even after 8 months they are doing nothing against this.

          The club mahindra executives once they called us at the hotel and showed us the plans but it was not in our budget so we refuse to join then they told that we another special for selected customer and u are one of them they told we have package of ₹62, 500 in which u have to pay installments for 6 months in this package they were providing 5 years for 25 holidays so we thought they this is in the budget so accept their proposal and paid down payment of 28000 then next day the company called us for confirmation and they told that are you confirm with all terms and condition provided in the package then they told u are having package of ₹190, 000 and u are having installment for 12 months then we told that no they plan is of ₹62000 and not of ₹190, 000 then they told no we do not have such plans please confirm with service executive regarding that now we called him the name is wilson who provided the membership he told that plan is for only selected customers u please confirm the membership so we can go further now like this there are misrepresenting the plans they trapping the clients to their membership we tried many to contact the company but automated mail reply comes about we will contact you in 2 working day still today it has been nearly 2 months they are not taking any action about our cancellation. They are neither cancelling our membership nor replying us about the problem. I request get my refund and cancel this membership. This company is big fraud please dont go for it.

            I have signed up for club mahindra blue studio 25yrs membership on 15th feb 2020.

            After coming to know that the sale rep have made many false promises and which club mahindra is not actually offering i made a request to withdraw my membership on the next day itself (16th feb).

            As per the policy the refund has to be processed within 30days of payment if cancellation request was made within 10days of signup.

            But now the team saying that refund will be process only after 120days. Which is not mentioned in any of the document.

            Please help me out in this regard.

              no booking confirmation of my paid days

              We are member since 2010 and not single year satisfied with the company. Some times food, some time asf and all the time booking problem.

              We paid handsome amount for our pleasure but this became painfull.

              This time some unique problem, we paid asf for the period of 2017-18 and claiming my dàys but company saying we will not give untill you clear your up-to-date asf. Which is...

                Hello,

                I have paid an amount of rs. 208700 (Two lac eight thousand seven hundred) towards membership of club mahindra (White studio plan) in one of the marketing drive in bangalore on 9th nov 2019 through credit card. I was also told that the full amount will be refund if i cancel within the 10 days.

                I have decided to cancel this due to some personal reasons well within the 10 days on 16 nov.

                On 16th nov, it self i got the confirmation of the cancellation request as "mhril=[protected]" and also some one contacted me for the bank details which i shared immediately through email. I was also told that the payment will be credited to the given account within 90 days

                Now it is more than 3 months already, and no one is contacting me for the payment refund.

                Hello, Its been 4 months now. After posting my complaint i got a call from the Mahindra Customer care (some one named Santosh) and he informed me that the refund is initiated and will take around 10 days to get the money credited to the account that I had provided in the email. It's again 14 days since then. I do not know why it takes so long to transfer the money electronically.

                Can Consumer complaints forum suggest me the next step of actions ?

                  I had subscribed for membership of club mahindra membership no. 2883380 and paid rs. 32, 840/- and 4 emi of 11309/- total rs. 78076 and i have stopped remaining emi.

                  As i was not happy with functioning of the organization as well as the service representative since initial days and have not taken any services, hence i have cancelled above mentioned memberships and requested refund of above mentioned amount. I have not used any their facility.

                    One of the employee called us to come in the hotel to buy their membership. They told us that u pay is 45400 amount and you will get 8Night 9days + 3Night 4 days complimentary +5000 amazon voucher + 10000 rs food voucher + 10000 rs kalyan vouchers + 15000 yatra couchers. They promise me that i will get my whole plan with in 7 days but i have not received anything except 3 night 4 days complimentary. I called them more than 10 times but there is no response. Now i want full refund with interest. Please take strict action against them. There commitments are in written. I am attaching that also.

                        Dear sir/mam, we had purchased a package from club mahindra from your agent mr. Amarjot (Mobile no. [protected]). Under this package, we were promised a national holiday anywhere in club mahindra indian resorts within india at a payment of rs 40, 340.

                        We were further assured that there would be an international holiday at an emi payment of 11, 309 per month each for 3 months.

                        Currently we have already paid you 40, 340+22, 618 = rs 62, 958.

                        We have recently decided to take our holiday in darjeeling on the coming weekend (20-24 feb). We conveyed this to mr. Amarjot and also redeemed our voucher no. Klfc3813kr. On redeeming this, we were shown a list of some resorts, in which darjeeling was not included.

                        Further, since yesterday evening, we have been trying to contact mr. Amarjot... He is not picking up any calls from me or my wife.

                        My wife also called your customer care agent... They told a totally different story that we are not eligible for any type of holiday (National or international) till we pay the remaining instalment of rs 11, 309.

                        So answer me the following questions:

                        1. Why were we initially promised a holiday anywhere within india?... While we are allowed to holiday in some fixed spots only, as shown after redeeming in india... The last time i checked, darjeeling is in india only.

                        2. Why were we told two different stories... The agent says that we are eligible for a national holiday on payment of rs 40, 340... But the customer care guy says that we are not eligible for any holiday till we pay the entire amount of 73, 000 inr?

                        3. We are waiting for your confirmation to book flight tickets... Now your agent is not answering.. There is barely a week left to our holiday.
                        I checked on your website... The business timings are monday to saturday..6:30 pm... So we did not call him in day off.

                        We want to cancel our membership and want our money refunded... The complete amount of rs 62, 958 immediately.

                        My wife, mrs. Pardeep kaur has already lodged the same complaint on your customer care.

                          I visited international tradefair which was held in pragati maidan, new delhi on 24th of november 2019. There i met with club mahindra executive mr. Rahul he detailed all the things about club mahindra. He offered me to buy 2 years plan which includes
                          1. Stay with breakfast 7 nights/ 8days for international.
                          2. Stay with worth rs 3000 food vouchers for 5 nights/ 6 days domestic.
                          3. Stay for 2 nights/ 3 days domestic.
                          4. Stay for 2 nights/ 3 days domestic.
                          5. Stay for 2 nights/ 3 days domestic.
                          When i received a call form verification or confirmation call from club mahindra i got know that there are discrepancies with the statement of rahul and customer care call.
                          I have deposited 30000rs immediately through my credit card hdfc bank on 24th but till now i didn’t get my money back from club mahindra after taking many follow up no one is replying me.

                            I would like to cancel my club mahindra membership. I haven't received my welcome kit and the information given was not complete and there are further hidden charges which i will have to pay soon. As lo i have attaed the explanation sheet which we can't make sense off. I made down payment and the first installment was taken yesterday which i informed the agent who clearly ignored my message. I want to have nothing to do with this company. Please cancel the membership and refund the money. If not full then in part. Its our hard earned money which i can't see wasted in such a way.

                              We were told that we can book our holiday after paying an emi of rs 67000, and that there is a provision of refund as well if don't book a holiday. We already paid the money, we can neither book a holiday, not we are getting the refund. Shame on club mahindra. Highly unethical. Mr anand, most uncooperative person in the firm, harassed us a lot. We feel cheated by the fraudulent way that the policy was sold to us. They are using unprofessional ways to sell their policy.

                                  Mr tushar from nsp branch took advance cheque from me and next day we cancelled our membership due to some family reasons.
                                  We were promised refund in 90 days. Till now nothing has happened. We have made so many calls. Mr tushar is so busy - he never pick our calls. And if we make from some other no. He picks and he tells will call u asap. He is not even responding on whatsapp or sms. Very disheartening club mahindra. If tjis is how your managers treat customers i am happy that i didn't take membership. Otherwise i had to deal with such kind of persons for 25 years.
                                  Kindly see to this matter on urgent basis. And refund my money.
