Disgusting services, really disturbed by it, I didn't even get the room, My days were deducted for the holidays never utilized and never was I ever connected to a customer service personnel in spite of trying twice. I was waitlisted for a week without assurity of whether I will get a room or not, and at the end my days were deducted and I wasn't provided with the room. I will definitely recommend to at least never to buy the lower two tiers of the membership provided by the organization as they will never treat you appropriately enough, you will not get a booking if you don't try at least two months in advance, which is hard to pre plan before.
I have also given a complaint previously in the same forum to which I was never connected too. Being a corporate employee I don't have soo much time to waste complaining and getting my queries sorted, it should be the companies effort to do so.
I will either sell off this membership or forfeit it, as I didn't feel respected enough associating with the organisation.
