Arrived at 1.45 on 11/07/2021 waited for 30-35 mins for the room to be ready. Questioned a 2-3 times as to why its taking so long so they kept saying room is getting ready. After getting the room...its not clean, fridge has a layer of water, there is no wifi. The luggage takes 30-45 mins to arrive after we are given our room. Was this information helpful? No (0) Yes (0)

This has nothing to do with the room cleaning people but the upper management of the hotel who cant even keep tabs on who is supposed to check in and keep things ready.
