[Resolved] Club Mahindra Holidays — member of club mahindra, fake commitment given by club mahindra.

Dear sir,

I am dhiren sonpal, i had taken membership of club mahindra in march 17 with membership no - 2754039 and at that relevant time keyur shah from rajkot had committed that i will get i phone 6s 64gb after realisation of 3 emi. So after 3 emi i started mailing and calling him for the said i phone but there is no revert from his side so i had even mailed on membership mail id of club mahindra and after that i got a call from rohit who is in mumbai so i took keyur shah on concall at 28.08.2017 and the matter was placed in front of rohit also by keyur shah that according to our companies policy in march / april 17 customer were getting i phone 6s 64gb after realisation of 3rd emi but till now mr dhiren sonpal have not got so pls do the needful, my 5 emi is already deducted from my account and now the 6th emi is on the way.

After the mail done to all in club mahindra on 28.08.2017 & 20.09.2017 there is no revert from anyone's side, so i want to share one thing with you all that club mahindra is giving pathetic service to the members after taking membership.

Yesterday i had mailed to keyur shat & member's mail id that revert to me in 24 hours and if you don't revert or resolve my issue than kindly refund me my total amount including interest and the mental harassment faced by me due to club mahindra but till now there is no revert from club mahindra. I am no more interested in being a member so i just want my total money back with interest.

Would request you to pls do the needful as club mahindra is least bothered in customer satisfaction or resolving customer's issue / complaint.

Updated by Dhiren Sonpal I had an call from Ashraf and Reshma but till date there is no solution from them or from Keyur Shah.

My question is that why do you make member's when you are not able to be on your words, why do your sales team give us fake commitment when they are least bothered about it after taking a membership.

Kindly refund me my total amount with interest paid to Club Mahindra till date with interest, and also stop my EMI which will be coming in my account on 07.12.2017, i have even put a mail to customer care and also to Keyur that dont represent my EMI without my consent as i am no more interested in being a member of Club Mahindra as you guys are fooling us.

Again there is no response from Club Mahindra, i dont understand one thing that when Club Mahindra is not being able to resolve customer complaints than why do they come forward for making member's.

From months i am taking follow up for the commitment given to me by M Keyur Shah but its not yet resolved, nor is anyone interested in resolving it.

So my question is that why they are still allowed to sale their membership in the market with this kind of pathetic service where so many people are suffering due to Club Mahindra's fake commitment's.

In today's comment also i am saying to stop my EMI which will be debited from my account tomorrow, so kindly take note of it Club Mahindra Team.

Refund me my total amount paid to Club Mahindra with interest as i am not interested to become a member of Club Mahindra because in the first 8 months so many complaints are there so what about coming years, who is going to give guarantee for it.

I think so no one is there to take this challenge so kindly refund me my total amount.

I had taken Club mahindra membership based on certain commitments made by Mr. Pramod Pandey and against that I paid him 93397/= as down payment and 3emi..however after taking money and there is no response form him about my conditions nor is he responding to my calls..
