Updated by sudhanshu.kumar22 Called the Member Relations number on [protected] today 19 Sep 17 at around 1000 hrs. apprised the gentleman (Vijai) regarding the issue. I requested him to escalate the issue as i am not getting any positive response from mails that i have sent thus far on [protected]@clubmahindra.com. Interaction ID generated : Interaction ID 11322529
All he could tell me that someone would give me a call. I am still waiting for a call..
Well it is disheartening to note the pace of action and responses ...

Pse note that my application for withdrawal of memebership before the expiry of 10 days lookin period, duly signed by self, was dispatched by speed post on 18 Sep 17.

Updated by sudhanshu.kumar22 Got two calls from club mahindra Relations team, i guess.
Call 1: by Harris from Chennai Team. The gentle man was apprised of my decision for withdrawal of membership application. Also apprised of the efforts taken by me to reach to the right contact / team that will resolve my issue. Said he would revert in two days!
Outcome: Nothing concrete.
Call 2: By Dhanushree who said that she was calling from the Vashi, Mumbai office. But the number displayed on my phone was with the STD code of 044/ Chennai. The lady was also apprised of my decision for withdrawal of membership application. Also apprised of the efforts taken by me to reach to the right contact / team that will resolve my issue. Said that the concerned team has been referred to and that she would revert.
Outcome: Nothing concrete
Request positive concrete and immediate steps to alleviate my predicament. It all seems to be going in a meery go round, coveniently passing the buck to the PHANTOM : CONCERNED TEAM; Pse give me mail trail of the progress of my issue on a daily basis. When will I get my refund/ Penalty free.

I need to know the following before proceeding further :
1. I would like to see your policy on room bookings because at the time of enrollment I was informed that the rooms are not sold and available only to members.
2. Are your room bookings audited for compliance with room bookings policy.
3. Role of Member Relation Officers at your offices.
Apart from the above the following also needs to be pointed out :

Tried to speak to your MR officer Sapna at Jasola office : Was always busy never called back, on last call refused to come on-line.
One, Akash came online informed CM never sells rooms in the market, what I saw was misleading information. Upon my insistence to speak to someone senior, he suggested I should talk to the call-center and that Sapna would call back which she never did.
Call center executive conceded that some rooms are sold directly in the market but the same could not be allocated to a waitlisted member. Upon my insistence she put me through to Abhishek in Chennai.
Abhishek was very helpful, immediately understood the issue and managed to get me part confirmation.
But that is not the issue...
It is important to understand company policy as this affects a vast number of members.
As an individual I have always faced this problem with CM and I intend to take the matter to it's logical conclusion this time around.
