Sharing the email sent to club m three weeks ago, no resolution yet..

Hello club mahindra team,

My membership number is 774690 and i've been a member with you for roughly a decade. This email is further to my chat with surya (Member relations) on 21st aug regarding membership cancellation... He promised to call back on 22nd and am still waiting for his call.

Over the last decade, i've had a few pleasant but multiple disturbing experiences (Most while booking wrt availability)... However, the experience last week was absolutely disgusting and beyond tolerance.

To give you some background, i had a confirmed reservation (Cv number 2893646) at innsbruck, austria from 20th to 24th (Booked early may 2018). Basis this, i planned my entire trip around copenhagen & austria (Vienna and innsbruck). As i was with a family of 9 ppl in total, i booked the next door hotel guberhof for the additional 5 adults. I reached your resort along with my parents (Age 68 and 63) & other family members around 6 pm & presented the cv doc. The staff conveniently said "we don't have rooms & this confirmation doesn't exist".

After about 10 mins of requests (As my father cannot walk due to a knee injury), the lady (Gabriel stiebleichinger) says pls move to another property somewhere in central innsbruck. She redefined rudeness & did not even bother to offer a cab to a hotel guberhof 300 mts away... Despite seeing my father's pain, forget about a glass of water.

She also mentioned that she had sent out a confirmation email to club mahindra and to me (Details attached) regarding the cancellation a week ago. We asked for the copy, which she refused to give any as it is a comunication between two partners and the need to take permission from you. They did not give copy of mail to me despite repeated request for several times under different excuses!!!

Can you imagine the state i would have been with these 9 ppl (Including 3 senior citizens and 2 kids)? It was extremely annoying, disturbing, embarrassing & unpleasant to say the least. Had it hapen in india, we could have managed but being in a country at distance-7000 km away, it was almost a nightmarish!!!

Pls note that i would like to request an immediate refund of membership fee and all asf paid so far. My reason to request this is due to the cost i've born to accommodate ppl at innsbruck due to your fault, forget about the ticket costs that are to and fro from mumbai (Inr 9.3 lacs as a rough estimate fyi).

Am firm on my decision and would request you to avoid any explanations / retainer procedures. I'll be forced to escalate this terrible experience across consumer forums, media & hierarchies should you fail to support the request. Look forward to hearing the date & amount details.

    At the same time the holidays are available on the net (See attachments) for the same dates at the same resorts.

    Should i presumed i am being short-charged and all of this is a fraud.

    This is not the isolated occasion, every single time i have tried to book a holiday this is what i encounter.

    I will be very happy to hear your explanation before proceeding further.

    That is polite language but does not solve the problem.

    I need to know the following before proceeding further :

    1. I would like to see your policy on room bookings because at the time of enrollment I was informed that the rooms are not sold and available only to members.

    2. Are your room bookings audited for compliance with room bookings policy.

    3. Role of Member Relation Officers at your offices.

    Apart from the above the following also needs to be pointed out :

    Tried to speak to your MR officer Sapna at Jasola office : Was always busy never called back, on last call refused to come on-line.

    One, Akash came online informed CM never sells rooms in the market, what I saw was misleading information. Upon my insistence to speak to someone senior, he suggested I should talk to the call-center and that Sapna would call back which she never did.

    Call center executive conceded that some rooms are sold directly in the market but the same could not be allocated to a waitlisted member. Upon my insistence she put me through to Abhishek in Chennai.

    Abhishek was very helpful, immediately understood the issue and managed to get me part confirmation.

    But that is not the issue...

    It is important to understand company policy as this affects a vast number of members.

    As an individual I have always faced this problem with CM and I intend to take the matter to it's logical conclusion this time around.

      If you want to see your hard earned money go to waste then do buy club mahindra membership.
      It's been four months since i got the membership. I wanted to book a holiday for dubai. After consulting with my relationship manager i booked the tickets for dubai for december after being assured by him that he will take care of the hotel bookings.
      I have been calling him every day for the last two weeks and left him n number of messages, but no reply at all.
      After that i called up rci, they said they got no properties at dubai, although yes they have properties posted on the website and app.
      Now i am stuck with my air tickets without any hotel bookings done.
      I advise all to not get cheated and fooled by club mahindra sales executives

        This is in regard to treatment of your so called club mahindra members and its benefits.
        I have felt cheated by the treatment and management of your property at mussorie especially by the staff at reception and the ones who handle bookings.
        I had made reservations for 4 hotel units for this trip dated 17sept-21sept 2017. Bookings were made 2months in advance. We called up the property and had requested for the rooms/hotel units preferably on the reception level/ground level as we had senior citizens with limited mobility. The staff at reception said they would try their best.
        Inspite of repeated follow ups before reaching we were not given any confirmation for the request.
        On arrival we got allocated to rooms 10b/c and 8b/c which were on a level above reception.
        Inspite of requests on reception we were not given ground level rooms. We offered to convert 2hotel units to 1brh still the staff didnt budge. Seriously this is how u treat ur guests.
        The reception staff is so ill mannered and callous in their attitude that they did not have the details of rooms that would be checking out the next day. I really didn't believe that.
        A company of this stature works on this concept that they dont have records or details. Amazing.. It blew my mind the way reception staff replied to my queries.
        We traveled in a group of 14 guest out of which 6are doctors and we felt really sad and demeaning the way this issue was handled. This is how members are treated.
        Somehow upon checking in senior members climbed to the rooms and we get a call that the hotel had some issue regarding water. So the entire mussorie club mahindra property wont have water from 11am-2 pm. That's fabulous, i ve heard of load shedding but this property made water shedding a reality for us. How can u tell your guests avoid using the washrooms for 3 hours. What about the kids or elders who need to use? There were no alternative arrangements for those 3 hours.
        I fail to understand what benefits i get from this membership when im being asked to pay 100 inr for property vehicle dropping us every time to drop /pick up point on mall road. Why cant this service be complimentary to members?.
        Now come the best part. Club mahindra is known for being exclusive to its members. You offer this property at make my trip and goibibo with meal packages. We came across other guest who felt exactly like us cheated. These sites gave them meals breakfast and lunch/dinner. Wow. Members are paying for all the meals and your luring new people to become members via these packages. Everyone needs business we understand that. But cheating your members this way will only help you loosing a member atleast from our sides.
        Our request still remains un attempted or solved for ground level rooms. I really wished for a peace of mind at this property. This is the first time club mahindra has disappointed us to a level that we may never see any other property associated to you.
        Thanks for cheating us as we are still staying.

          This is to inform you that i took club mahindra membership in the month of july'17 but before the completion of one month my situation changed and i decided to cancel my membership. I immediately informed the company and requested to refund my money as i had not availed any of its facilities. The company is denying giving reason that its against its policy.

            Mahindra holidays & resorts india ltd,

            I would like to withdraw my membership application under the clause
            Part c, 8.1 of the agreement. I would like to claim full refund of down payment rs. 37220/- under above mentioned clause.

            My maf number is 180469. (Refer copy enclosed)
            The application was filled in by your sales rep mr. Murad khadpolkar (Sales agent id: 15528) on 17 sep 2017 at colaba, mumbai. The down payment amount of rs. 37, 220 was deducted from cc account at 1358 hrs on 17 sep 17.
            Pse expunge all credit card details that you collected and any instructions for emis that you may intimated to the bank. Also kindly return the single pdc cheque collected by your sales rep.

            Date of payment: 17.09.2017
            Date of cancellation : 18.09.2017

            Please take this request of withdrawal of the membership application on priority

            Called the Member Relations number on [protected] today 19 Sep 17 at around 1000 hrs. apprised the gentleman (Vijai) regarding the issue. I requested him to escalate the issue as i am not getting any positive response from mails that i have sent thus far on [protected]@clubmahindra.com. Interaction ID generated : Interaction ID 11322529

            All he could tell me that someone would give me a call. I am still waiting for a call..
            Well it is disheartening to note the pace of action and responses ...

            Got two calls from club mahindra Relations team, i guess.
            Call 1: by Harris from Chennai Team. The gentle man was apprised of my decision for withdrawal of membership application. Also apprised of the efforts taken by me to reach to the right contact / team that will resolve my issue. Said he would revert in two days!

            Outcome: Nothing concrete.

            Call 2: By Dhanushree who said that she was calling from the Vashi, Mumbai office. But the number displayed on my phone was with the STD code of 044/ Chennai. The lady was also apprised of my decision for withdrawal of membership application. Also apprised of the efforts taken by me to reach to the right contact / team that will resolve my issue. Said that the concerned team has been referred to and that she would revert.

            Outcome: Nothing concrete

            Request positive concrete and immediate steps to alleviate my predicament. It all seems to be going in a meery go round, coveniently passing the buck to the PHANTOM : CONCERNED TEAM; Pse give me mail trail of the progress of my issue on a daily basis. When will I get my refund/ Penalty free.

              Hi,
              My name alok jaiswal, i purchase the membership dated (01-may-2017) from clubmahindra resorts and richa kashyap (Mobile no. [protected]) attend me as guest. And tell all the things about their membership. They charge the initial amount with rs.12000/- with me and took my kyc on mail and fillup the membership form in front of me after that gave me copy of membership form and said that all membership kit will be deliver at may home with in 15-20 days. After 25 days i contact with richa kashyap who is executive in that company she told me there is little delay to process the membership and told me that if i (Alok) want to book any mahindra resort room she will do it without the membership, after 1 month she did not respond me on call or message. And finally i went their office on dated 18-august-2017 for discussion for the membership. They gave me the senior manager number 'shikha rangani' ([protected]) and she game me the assurance to solve the problem within one day and gave me confirmation on mail. But unfortunately she also fail to perform her promise. Now i am fed up and complaining for fake promises.
              So, kindly please resolve the issue,
              And i want my refund from them.

                    I joined club mahindra membership on 26 august 2017. My membership id 2776854.

                    Their representative misguide me and hide their asf charges, nothing told us about cancellation preocedure. I paid 40k down payment via credit card. Their representative fraudulently take mandate for emi deduction from credit card without explaining me.

                    On 7 september 2017 i received email from your side explaining membership charges. Then i saw asf charges and send mail on 10 september 2017 for my cancellation and refund my down payment. No response from your side regarding cancellation procedure.

                    Very fraud company with no clear charges, no transparent policy.

                    Please initiate my cancellation and refund my money.

                    I got call from club Mahindra Rave Moti Kanpur office for free Holiday Package. I visited your executive Mr Dhirendra explains me about Club Mahindra Membership. He insisted me to take membership on the name of brand Mahindra. I took membership after making payment of 37220 via credit card on 26 August 2017. I got email from your side on 07 September 2017 for membership ID which is 2776854 and membership plan then I feel cheated because Mr Dhirendra hide some TnC about membership like cancellation policy, ASF charges from me.

                    I immediate call him then he said you didn't ask for charges. I said you have to explain all the TnC. Then I said for Cancellation and refund my amount. He said there is no procedure of refund.

                    I send mail to [protected]@clubmahindra.com for my cancellation on 10 September 2017 I got reply with communication ID MHRIL=[protected] for get back in 2 days but still no response.

                    I again send mail with scan copy of written request and hard copy via speed post to Chennai office and Rave Moti Kanpur office on 13 September 2017

                    Now my request is to cancel my membership and refund my amount for membership Id 2776854 due to misinformation given to me and fraudulently taking mandate for EMI from Credit Card.

                        On 9/9/2017 i am again going to pc jwelers activity of club mahindra table we again meet mr. Brijesh he again missguide me and don't ask the about yearly membership maintenance.
                        I'm asking again and again if there is any type of terms and conditions or any other type of charges then you now told me, please don't cheat me again, after that he told me don't worry there is not any type of charge, you take this package and enjoy 1 year.
                        I'm give the 3 check to mr brijesh for my next three installation fee.
                        After that i discuss with my friends then they told me about the yearly maintenance fee.

                          Subject: refund of club mahindra membership payment.


                          I have taken membership on 1st june and cancelled the very next day and i received email from club mahindra
                          On 06th june 2017, regarding cancellation of my membership and refund of rs.37, 000/- within 90 days.

                          But then it is very sadly observed that no executive from your company is responding to my request for refund of payment and no information is provided to me regarding the status of my refund process and only automated mails with false assurance of contacting me within 3/4 days is forwarded from your side. Also, your pune branch office is also not able to inform the exact reason for delay in refund which is now beyond 90days. Also, your executive mr. Mahesh surve, holiday specialist, pune who was enthusiastic and very energetic during the process of signing up is now very much not interested and reluctant to get involved in this process.

                          Club mahindra is a very reputed company but it seems that some members are not performing their business properly and therefore i have to beg for refund my own hard money and that too over a period of more than 90days is really unacceptable and regrettable.

                          I hereby once again request you to kindly refund payment of rs.37, 000/- at the earliest.

                            बड़े खेद के साथ यह कहना पड़ रहा है कि क्लब महिन्द्रा की Purple 2BR जैसी प्राइम मेम्बरशिप के बावजूद मेरा अनुभव बहुत बुरा रहा है. मैं अब किसी को भी मेंबर बनने का सुझाव नहीं दूंगा. मैं मई 2017 में परिवार सहित केरल गया था लेकिन सारे रेसॉर्ट का अनुभव भयावह रहा. इसीलिए मैं मेंबरशिप भी छोड़ूंगा और गूगल में क्लब महिन्द्रा की सच्चाई भी बताउंगा. मैं हिंदी अखबार में जर्नलिस्ट हूं सो मेरे लिए यह काम आसान है.साथ ही इंडियन गव्हर्मेंट को भी बड़े बैनर की इस टाइम शेयरिंग कंपनी की ऐसी लापरवाही से भी अवगत कराउंगा. आपकी कंपनी की Purple 2BR मेम्बरशिप ऑन नेट 30 हजार / वीक के हिसाब से सेल हो रही है फिर आपसे ऑफिशियल मेम्बरशिप कौन लेगा ? हालांकि मैं मई में केरल गया था लेकिन मैंंने मेल डालने में ढाई महीने इसलिए लिए कि मुझे ऐसा लगा कि शायद कंपनी को अपनी गलती का अहसास हो लेकिन मुझे कंपनी से किसी भी तरह की भरपाई न होने के कारण अंततः मुझे ये मेल डालना पड़ रहा है.प्रस्तुत है मेरे केरल टूर की बेहद खराब सर्विस के कुछ उदाहरण...

                            1. सबसे पहले हम चेरई पहुंचे. वहां तीन दिनों तक एसी चालू नहीं था और बार-बार शिकायत के बावजूद मैनेजर सहित स्टाफ ने कुछ भी नहीं किया.जब हमने दूसरे रेसॉर्ट में शिफ्ट करने का अनुरोध किया तो हाथ खड़े कर दिये. उस समय जीएम चेरई उन्नीकृष्णन हॉस्पिटल में भर्ती थे लेकिन एकमात्र उन्होंंने ही हमारी मदद की. तीन दिन बिना एसी के भयंकर गर्मी और उमस के चलते मेरे अलावा परिवार के तीन और लोग बीमार पड़ गए.

                            2. जब हम अष्टमुडी पहुंचे तो हमारे एक फ्लोटिंग कॉटेज का टॉयलेट पहले दिन से ही चोक हो गया. हमें कहा गया कि जब आपका अपार्टमेंट खाली होगा तभी सुधरेगा. हमें दूसरा अपार्टमेंट भी नहीं दिया गया.हमने तीन दिन वहां भी कैसे गुजारे हम ही जानते हैं.वहां भी मैनेजर या जीएम ने कोई ध्यान नहीं दिया.

                            3. आखिरी में हम पोवार पहुंचे...वहां ह्यूमिडिटी के कारण पूरे समय फर्श गीला रहता था. हाउस कीपिंग से बोलने पर उनका जवाब था हम कितने बार साफ करेंगे. हमें वैसे ही रहना पड़ा. प्रायवेट पूल वाले 1BR में दोनों दिन स्वीमिंग पुल बंद रहा. आखिर प्रायवेट पुल वाला अपार्टमेंट लेने का क्या मतलब रहा ? जब हम वहां से कोच्चि के लिये निकले तो लंच पैक करवाया... यकीन मानिये वो लंच जानवरों के खाने लायक तक नहीं था. पूरियां पत्थर की तरह कड़ी और करेले की सब्जी के नाम पर कुक ने सूखी भजिया बना दी, आप ही बताईये इसे पूरियों के साथ कैसे खाया जाता ? साथ में अचार, सलाद, स्नैक्स, ड्रिंक्स कुछ भी नहीं दिया गया. क्या ऐसे शेफ आपके रेसॉर्ट में हैं ! पोवार में ही एक दिन 6 महीने के बच्चे की खिचड़ी के लिये 2 घंटे इंतजार करना पड़ा फिर मजबूरन हमें खिचड़ी बाहर से ही मंगवानी पड़ी.

                            4. केवल चेरई जीएम उन्नीकृष्णन ने ही हमें full response दिया और सहयोग किया बाकी विपिन, जोस जार्ज वर्गीस, सीजू जोसेफ और विजयन सदानंदन का रवैय्या बिल्कुल गैर जिम्मेदाराना रहा.

                            5. मेम्बरशिप की हालत यह है कि अगर रिलेशनशिप मैनेजर से बात न हो पाये तो कॉल अटैंड करने वाला बंदा हमेशा मो.नं. पूछ्कर ये बोलता है कि आपको कॉलबैक करेंगे लेकिन कभी फोन ही नहीं आता. मैने ये शिकायत खुद कई बार रिलेशनशिप मैनेजर शालिनी सिंग (जयपुर) को की है और उन्होंने बताया उन्हें किसी ने खबर नहीं की. अभी भी जयपुर ब्रांच का यही हाल है.

                            6. और तो और कस्टमर केयर का भी यही हाल है। गुरुवार को ही मैने लोनावला की बुकिंग के लिये कॉल किया तो मुझे कहा गया हम थोड़ी देर में वापस आपको कॉल करते हैं लेकिन दूसरे दिन दोपहर कॉल आया, तब तक कुछ रूम बुक हो गए...

                            7. मुझे मजबूरन ये सारी complaint and bad experience make my trip & google में share करना पड़ेगा ताकि लोगों को क्लब महिन्द्रा की हकीकत पता लगे और लोग लाखों रूपये खर्च कर मेंबर बनने से पहले सौ बार सोचें।

                            8. आज पर्पल 2BR की मेम्बरशिप लगभग 19 लाख की है, इतने पैसे मार्केट में इन्वेस्ट कर कोई भी केवल ब्याज से ही इससे ज्यादा शाही तरीके से घूम सकता है। शायद कोई सुधार तो होगा नहीं क्योंकि मैने पहले भी कई शिकायतें और सुझाव दिये पर किसी में भी अमल नहीं हुआ.इसलिए मजबूरन अब मुझे ये कदम उठाना पड़ रहा है।

                              I had raised a request for cancelling my membership id 2760200 in the first week of june and after repeated follow ups on phone and mails on this, i got a response club mahindra on 29th june that my refund would be processed and credited within 60 days i. E latest by 27th august for the cancellation id – 070029. After waiting till 31st august for the refund to come in, i wrote a reminder on 1st september and after 2 days your team sprung into action. I got a call from akash soni that my refund would happen in 15 days since there was a techincal issue. When i asked him to either expedite the refund or start giving me interest for every single day of delayed refund, he said that it was the corporates' decision. Since then i have written several mails and interacted with him on phone, but every time i am given the same response.

                              Finally i got a mail from him on 7th september 7.35 pm stating that the refund would take another 10 days!!

                              This i highly unethical and unprofessional attitude. Club mahindra... Why are you fooling people? Do you even have the intent to refund?

                              Firstly, the refund should have come automatically within the committed timeline. There was no communication from club maindra's side on the delay and only when i initiated for my refund to be paid back, you decided to start working on it. If i had not followed up on this and waited, the wait could have been months or even years. Looks like there was no intent to refund at all.

                              Secondly, thesales executive do not even wait for a while before pushing the customers to take the membership"as the offer would not be available even till evening". And had i decided to retain my memebrship and if there was a delay in paying my future installments, cm would have levied interest and penalty on me as "it is the company policy". Now the situation is reversed and they should be paying me my interest. I dont understand why cant they not commit this and why are theirpeople are going back and forth with excuses.

                              Club mahindra, it appears to me that ther are not in the business of hospitality but cheating customers through fraudulent means!! They have no intentions of refunding people's money.

                              I need a resolution on this immediately.

                                Dear sir, your sales executive explained me about membership plans and i paid the down payment of the membership fees, later on i got a confirmation call from club mahindra chennai office they explained me about the plan but they also told me that there will be annual maintance charges, which i was not aware of so i told them about this, and asked them if there is amc, than it will not possible for me to get membership.
                                Thereafter i got the message on my mobile that your membeship id is 2776846. I contacted you sales executive two three times and wanted to know, why membership is not being cancelled, he is not able to answer it.
                                So i request you to kindly cancell my membership me refund the amount paid by me.

                                  Hi all,

                                  My name is akhil v soman and my membership id is 2765010.

                                  I would like to cancel my membership due to the following reasons

                                  1. At the time of joining the customer service executive did not informed me regarding the annual maintenance fees even after i asked them regarding any hidden charges, when i got to know regarding this from the confirmation calls from your call center i inquired again to the sales executive and they said i dont have to worry its waive able and i dont have to pay anything. So first reason i want out is they didnt provide me with the necessary information in advance, i dont think that was an honest mistake.

                                  2. At the time of joining i explained then regarding the payment on the credit card and said i dont want to pay the extra taxes as i was to convert the initial joining amount to emis, for that they told me they would convert it into vendor emi s and i dont have to pay extra which didnt happened, they blamed gst for it and agreed to give me food coupons worth the extra tax i paid which i didnt received till date, so reason number 2, didnt kept the promise they made

                                  3. At the time of joining i was not sure regarding the monthly payment as i am going through a crunch situation financially so paying 7000 odd rupees every month is a hard task and i conveyed them and politely said i dont want to join, for that they replied with the offer saying i can pay the money on alternative months so that the pressure on me would be less, i agreed to that at that point of time, later your call center executive again contradicted that when i confronted the agent who brought me in, he said they will do it from there system and i dont have to tell the call center people the details and the agent will takecare of everything, i dont even know it is as per your policy or not but because club mahindra is a brand and it was your executive i trusted him. But it turned out that they didnt waived the emi and when asked about it they said they could only do this after 3 months, but i said you promised me and he said he would take care of that next month, which he again didnt took care of. So reason number three lies and more lies to cover it up.

                                  4. This is the main reason, as per your cancellation policy i have to inform the company in 10 days from the date of joining but after i paid the initial amount i got the terms and conditions paper work my mail only after 16 days. This is like saying you won a gift and hand the man an expired coupon to collect the gift, this amounts to cheating. So i dont want to associate with your organization in any way so i would like to cancel my membership. I can provide the proof of the facts i stated above if you want.

                                  I expect a response from you guys and would like to have my money back.

                                  I mailed to memberrelations, tried contacting through facebook and received a call as well from club mahindra but my request to cancel the membership is getting nowhere. Everybody is saying they are forwarding my request and i dont see it getting anywhere.

                                  This complaint is not resolved.
                                  I got a mail from club mahindra saying amount will be refunded in 90 days, but havent received any amount so far.its more than 90 days now
                                  This issue is still not resolved, even after talking to the executives numerous times and on social media platforms they just request you to give them more time, thats it

                                  its been 4 months and no action whatsoever

                                    I am member of club mahindra. My memebership no. Is 2748730. We get into this membership on womens day through parth barot and mr. Raday from ahmedabad who is an authorised executive of club mahindra his contact no. Is [protected]... I asked him to book my room in binsor bt he got me room in another hotel not club mahindra resort. Whenever i ask him for bookin he always makes excuse in first time that not available and all that.. Not just mr. Barot but his senior mr. Raday is also not receiving call. Whenever they receive they tell us "je karvu hoe karilo" i dnt care.. They both are behaving so rudely and not doing well with their profession... So, i jst want to say do for wat u promised or club mahindra should not hire fraud people for selling their membership and shud take strict action against mr. Parth and mr. Raday like who suffers members and spoil club mahindras name too. I want club mahindra to solve this issue asap. If you enquire you will come to know many are suffering after becoming member of club mahindra through them. If you cant provide service then stop making members.

                                      I took club mahindra membership on 31may'17 and paid the complete amount same day and after eveluating everything, i asked mr. Dharmendra chaturvedi to cancel it on next da1st june'17.

                                      Before registration, they told us it will take 21 days to refund the complete amount if membership is cancelled, however the same statement has been changed from 21 to 90 days. Even after 90 days, we kept calling customer care and but didnt get any information regarding the refund & mr dharmendra has stopped picking up calls.

                                      This is really pathetic and worst customer service.

                                        Hi,

                                        I was approached by your sales team member named ashish mahendra. He explained me and was convinced to take up the blue studio membership. I asked him to give me few hours to think over it and go through the terms and conditions so that i may discuss with my family n friends. But as instant decision was to be made on completion of presentation, i blocked the membership by paying 10% down payment of 27, 680/- on 02/09/2017...
