Would like to cancel my club membership for the following details:-
1) We have got the worst experience from the club team. The representative only attended the call during the registration. Even after we took membership he is not picking up the call for any concern or enquiry.
2) we booked for the club stay but unfortunately we were not able to turn up for the booking due to medical emergency.some executive called to confirm the booking 2-3 days before the booked date and we informed we are admitted to the hospital so we would like to cancel the reservation for the date. After we returned from hospital when I checked out our login it was found that the cancellation was not made by the executive and it is marked as the points are utilised for 2 days stay. We raised the complaint through mail several times and it was the same cut copy mail recieved from the team.not even addressed our redressal. I would say this is the worst club to join with.
3) The hotels are full most of the time we plan our trip and it is found this as the worst decision we made to take a membership with this team.
So, we want cancel our membership and refund the amount we paid. Was this information helpful? |
