I have request for the cancellation of my membership on 2dn Feb2023, but still not i didn't got any response from the team. My money is blocked and need the money back due to some emergency. No proper response from the customer care and mailed to all level but no care to response the customer queries. I am really frustrated the way they are treating the customer and also it create a mental torture for me.
It is my sincere desire to cancel the Membership and get the refund in this respect. I also desire to resolve the matter amicably failing which I may decide my future course of action including legal recourse against the Company in an appropriate forum. Was this information helpful? |
