[Resolved] Club Mahindra Holidays — Membership Cancellation - Please be careful when signing up | |||
I took the membership of White Studio on 23rd December 2016. However we faced unforeseen financial difficulties and are unable to continue paying for this membership. I had made a down payment of 30k and my EMI were to start in Feb 2017. I requested for a cancellation on 19th Jan and had no response from Club Mahindra for almost 6 days until I posted my concern on a social networking site which is when they started calling and responding to emails. They aren't concerned with why I am cancelling, even their communication emails are copy paste templates, because after explaining them the reason for cancellation they still came back with a reply of we are sorry you are not happy with our service. they refused to repay the down payment and have asked me to reconsider. I also want to know what happens after I have formally told them that I still want to cancel. Do they deduct EMIs? Was this information helpful? | |||

I was also told that I was benefitting from their 20th year anniversary celebration so would get a discount for the same and some additional benefit. Only recently I found out that a colleague of mine was sold the exact same membership with the same offer . So it wasn't really a offer. This is clearly misleading to a lot of people
