Please find the attached print out of e-mail communication with your team.

I suggest you consider training your team better on customer relationship.

Your team either is not competent to understand the matter in the email and provide a reply or willingly your team is trying to fool your customer showing your company’s insensitiveness to its customer.

Your company has lost all your value in my eyes be it in proving a holiday as your resort is never available for me as a customer, luxury as you claim as your resorts does not even have a 3 star hotel standards according to me, pricing of food in your resort is out of the world and the policy of charging for activities in the resort is pitiful according to me.

Top of this you want me to pay ASF every year which raises year after year to maintain your resort which I never use.

Above all you have your team who according to me is so unprofessional.

Club Mahindra, I have lost all hopes in you providing a good holiday for me and my family. I feel cheated by the brand Club Mahindra.

I would like to disassociate from Club Mahindra and as written in my last email (which your team had no courtesy to reply on) I would like to cancel my membership with Club Mahindra, doing which I would like to know the refund I will be receiving from Club Mahindra.

Club Mahindra, it would be my earnest desire that none known to me falls in the trap of your company and take membership. I will work sincerely for the same.

I hope CEO of the company will have some decency to explain the replies which has come from your team and also to reply for this letter.

What telephonic conversations are you trying to document? To that lady who called me I had stated very clearly that I need all communications from Club Mahindra as an email, apart from this there was no telephonic conversation.

I took time to type the mail which I sent to you on 21/04/2023 to get answer for the 5 specific questions/ comments I had from the mail which you had sent to me on 16/04/2023. Unfortunately I get the same script which was written to me on the email dated 16/04/2023, sent to me again as a reply to my email dated 21/04/2023 with out bothering to answer the 5 questions / comments I had. Even you have not bothered to answer the question about the sender of the previous email who had a different name from the undersigned. What an attitude - Club Mahindra for not understanding the need even to answer a basic questions on the identity of the sender?

Club Mahindra, its very unprofessional approach from your side. When you ask me for the money have a courtesy to explain too. In fact its your duty to explain.

I need a detailed reply, with the copy of documents I have asked for.

And for that lady who tried to call me irrespective of making it clear that I don't want calls from Club Mahindra, this is not a stunt to get discounts from Club Mahindra. Its my hard earned money which Club Mahindra is seeking from me which has to make sense t me. At present I feel cheated and betrayed by Club Mahindra and your magical holidays!!!

If I understand correctly, Club Mahindra is charging me ASF for upkeep, up-gradation and renovation of 100+ of your resorts and also to increase the number of your resorts. Please explain

1. If am paying ASF for the above, why Club Mahindra is letting its resorts to Non Members? My money utilized for the above said purposes would be for a non member to enjoy.

2. What maintenance are you talking about. I will send your senior management pictures of my previous stay for the quality of room and the damage present in the property. Please send me the email id of concerned senior management to send the pictures.

3, If you are collecting money for the above purposes, you should be sending me a report every year on the work done as stated above with the financial.

4. Send me the contract in which I have signed to pay ASF.

5. Send me the company policy in which I have agreed, stating that if I don't pay ASF, I wont be able to utilizethe holiday.

I NEED AN EXPLANATION AND REPLY FOR ALL THE ABOVE POINTS AND DO NOT WASTE MY TIME GIVING ME A PARTIAL REPLY.

Your customer executives find pleasure in calling me even up to thrice a day.

They start with bookings open and then talk about ASF.

As you see from my history, I have no intention to use Club Mahindra Holidays.

As far as the ASF is concerned I have been repeating time after time to your executives to send me an email to which I can reply to on what Clun Mahindra want to communicate to me about ASF. This has been recorded in their system that they have to sent me an email.

Then they come up with the explanation and say they don't have powers to send email.Your guys cannot speak to their managers but have all liberty to call and disturb me irrespective of making it clear to send an email on what they want to speak with me.

I have two business decisions which have gone wrong because your executives stressed me. I will take it separately with relevant authorities.

I AM STATING IN A EMAIL HERE TO MEMBER RELATIONS OF CLUB MAHINDRA WITH ALL THE SENIOR OFFICIALS COPIED INCLUDING CEO OF CLUB MAHINDRA THAT " I DON'T WANT CALLS FROM CLUB MAHINDRA, IF THERE IS ANY COMMUNICATION YOU WANT TO CONVEY TO ME, IT HAS TO BE IN AN EMAIL'.
