The problem with club mahindra holidays is that they have more members and less rooms. Everytime i block rooms they are never confirmed. I have highest grade membership, even then i never get rooms in my choice of resorts and on times that i need. Every time i complaint, the have a taperecorded answer - sir you can plan to go somewhere else or go sometime else when we have availability! How stupid.
