[Resolved] Club Mahindra Holidays — membership refund not received | |||||
Team, club mahindra holiday executive mr. Harish nelluta (Employee i’d 27005 from sales team) approached me to buy 3 years holiday trip package called gozest in first week on november assuring i will be able to use it for upcoming dec trips during christmas and new year. Later for 3 weeks he disappeared and no phone calls. That’s when i started contacting there facebook team and finally concluded that i was made all false promises and they agreed to cancel membership with 90 days return policy (Which i am still challenging and no response via any of channels - calls, facebook or tweeter). I need my money back asap, please help. Attached are all details required right from conversations to there cancellation email and policy they told (Of course after joining).
