This is Vikas Patodi from Bhilwara (Raj.) Iam your Gozest member (ID 555796). I took this membership from Kuldeep (sales manager Jaipur), by paying full membership fees of Rs. 1, 20, 375/- in Month of April 2023
At the time of taking this membership I was given a commitment from sale person that I will get assured bookings in June 2023 first week that is the reason I paid the whole amount at once. But I was hugely disappointed and didn’t get what was committed from your side.
Based on the commitment and the repo that Club Mahindra has I was also assured that I will get the bookings. And I booked my flight tickets, local taxi & Safari accordingly and gave advances to all of them. But I had to cancel all of this which cost me a lot.
From last whole month I was in contact with your representative and every time he told me not to worry saying that your booking will be done. But at last hour ( 7 days before Trip), he refused by saying that we don’t have any availability. I tried to be flexible with my plans also but that didn’t worked as well.
Now, even not utilising single night of membership and suffer mental stress and also loss of money paid to flight ticket, taxi and other booking.
they are deducting 80% ( approx) amount as cancellation charges only 20% refund amount.
I believed that a brand like Club Mahindra will not do such acts but because of you my whole holiday got ruined and it gave me a lot of stress. It seems that your sales team only wants membership and are doing false commitments for that. They anyhow wants us to pay the full amount and then they just tell lies after lies.
I request you please refund full amount membership asap because it's my hard earned money and I can't beg everytime with your sales team for booking my holidays after paying such big amount. Was this information helpful? |
