[Resolved] Club Mahindra Holidays — membership reversal | |||||
Hi, in continuation to my discussion with the local member relations desk, i've decided to cancel my membership. I was pushed to take this membership on the 31st of march 2017 saying it is the year end and i would additional benefits if i booked it on that particular day. I was promised by the sales executive for a 2 nights and 3 days stay before my first emi and i continue to follow up for the same, plead and fall at ones feet. Every now and then i just get to hear on non availability and very in-courteous response. I've given up on this membership as my experience has been very poor right from the work go. I'd appreciate if the membership is revoked and my down payment is reversed. Looking forward for a quick resolution on reversal. Was this information helpful? | |||||
