I had taken club mahindra membership on 9 june’ 2016 as they called me personally to their office at 4th floor, 7th floor, jd high street mall, ranchi main road, opp. Gel church complex, ranchi, jharkhand 834001 floor. Very soon the next day i cancelled the membership by sending signed cancellation letter to ranchi office as well as sending mail to [protected]@clubmahindra.com, [protected]@clubmahindra.com.
When called at call center, they say u will get ur money in 20-30 days. But till date they have never called regarding this. They don’t have the professional approach to reply as well attend calls of the customer who wants to cancelled the service.
When called at ranchi office, they reply that the member relationship officer will get in touch with u in next 2 hrs. They never called back till date to my messages.
Even after repeated request for membership cancellation and refund i am still awaiting for a response from club mahindra
Request to refund the total amount 32, 160rs which relationship manager has agreed & committed to total amount will be refund if cancelled during 15days looking period.
I am attaching all scan copy documents.

Awaiting your positive respons after 70days mail & phone calls exchange for refund the advance membership amount with interest.
