My name is Vasumathy and my membership no. is 2966329.
I joined in their 10 year scheme and while at the time of joining, I was informed that the Annual Maintanence fee is to be paid every year before the booking of the holidays and there will not be any penal charges and u will be allowed to utilise the Club M Select.
But after joining, I recieve messages and telephone calls from the corporate office that I will be penalised for the late payment. I also informed them that at the time of joining their sales team had assured that there will not be any penal charges, but they are not ready to listen or to take up with their sales team as to why such mis-selling is being done.
At the time of joining I was offered free coupon which I am utilising and I am afraid that due to the above, they will not honour my bookings at the time of reaching their site.
Due to the above, I have decided to not to avail the free coupon and also request to remimburse the entire amount.
