Further to below mail, I had meeting ( from 11 AM to 12.30 PM) with Ms. Alka on 16 Sept 2016 at Vashi Branch to discuss on cancellation. She asked for reasons in writing and I explained which is already there in my email. But she insisted that I shall give the same in writing ( this is nothing but wastage of time for both o[censored]s). Thereafter on continued insistence by her, I have submitted letter explaining reasons for cancellation and same is as under:
a) My cancellation request initially was on 2 August 2016
b) I refused to take membership till last moment but Manager ( likely name is Mr. Motwani) at R City Office came with offer of 2 weeks bonus every year on payment of Rs.9000 to Rs.12000 . Now, It is surprising to know that
Club Mahindra is luring for membership by offering benefit on behalf of third party like two weeks bonus you can buy from RCI without telling RCI membership fees and other terms and condition of RCI. If company follows honesty policy then
Club Mahindra should refund my down payment as I have not taken any benefit. b) Further, complimentary holidays offered comes with under carpet conditions and various strings which is not disclosed during sales process.
c) In the verification call they give incomplete details and refused to give process for cancellation and try to force completion of membership. For cancellation they refuse to give details and asked me to contact sales
person. Sales
person will say that cancellation possible by paying three installment and enjoy complimentary offer. This is nothing but extracting money.
d) Offer of one week of RCI comes with stupid condition of stay at one place only. This was neither disclosed by sales
person not during verification call.
e) One week of holiday from RCI comes with utility charges. This was neither disclosed by sales
person not during verification call.
f) Complimentary Offer of one week by
Club Mahindra comes with condition that I can use during white season. This was neither disclosed by sales
person not during verification call.
g) Contract papers were signed at last moment in hurry and on the basis of Trust I had with
Club Mahindra. You can check with sales
person whether any body can read terms and conditions contained in 50 pages in 2 minutes.
h) For cancellation request I received several calls from
Club Mahindra asking repetitive question for reasons by different persons and there is no resolution except that matter will be referred to Branch. Now branch says matter will be referred back to corporate. This is nuisance of process for cancellation and has put stress on my health. As such, I have right to claim for compensation.
i) In spite of cancellation request,
Club Mahindra tries to recover EMI from credit card. This has put my reputation at stake before my banker as I have to stop payment. I have right to claim for compensation.
j) Refer all my mail and I have right to make further submission.
k) This is my hard earned money and by refunding
Club Mahindra will not loose anything. I believe
Club Mahindra do not wish to enrich itself by not refunding money where benefit is not utilised at all.

Club Mahindra Staff to co-operate in refunding my money.m
