[Resolved] Club Mahindra Holidays — misleading information while selling off membership by sales guy | |||||
After filling the coupon somewhere we had recieved a call that we shall visit club mahindra programm once. Since we do travel a lot, we had trusted and gone to meet them on 14th june 2017 gurgaon. We were attended by a club mahindra sales supervisor (Mr sumeet - [protected]), while selling of the package he told us that we can make initial payments of 35700 rs+ 3 more payments of – 9998 rs to activate the membership and after a cool off period our membership will be activated. I have categorically told him that we do not want to spend almost 1 lac in advance before experiencing the services as our trips are planned in summers (June '18 onwards). Also i have other financial obligations from nov-april. Upon that he clearly said we can make down payment and first 3 payments and then stop the payments till june which will be 1 years for membership.in the meantime we can avail the introductory offers within a year or he will extend it for 2 years if we call him and let him know (Which can be extended to another year if we contact him) Before completion of 1 year if we like the package we can continue our membership for 25 years. Now when i was calling up the booking department, i was told unless i clear my past dues i can’t avail anything. That means i will end up paying 1 lac before i plan anything. I do not have any written notes from sumeet on stamp paper/club mahindra letter head. However whatever was told to us us and was made us understand on paper by him is with us which has the same info as shared by him. I also tried contacting him several time however didnot get any response or call back. I want to cancell my membership and get a full refund of Down payment -.35700 rs+ 3 monthly payments of – 9998 Was this information helpful? | |||||
