We have a club Mahindra Membership having Membership ID 473177. At the time of offering membership the customer executive who approached us mislead us about the Annual Subscription Fees to be paid every year along with the EMIs. He convinced us saying that you would not be required to pay this fees and you can simply provide us referrels and we would convert those referrals and your fees would be paid by earing referral points. For the first year such points were credited to our account and we had not paid the ASF. This year our account was showing overdue of this fees and we enquired to the concerned office i.e. Meerut, from where we have taken the membership.They informed us that the executive who have sold us this membership is not an employee now and the executive also behaved so rudely when we asked him some of our doubts regarding the membership. He abruptly said that he has not given us the membership and he can't explain anything. We have paid all our EMIs on time and we were not able to travel anywhere due to COVID and haven't utilised even a single night till date. Kindly look into the matter. We are not aware of the name of the executive but he called us from [protected].
