1) We Purchased a Purple Club Mahindra in the year 1/12/2003 Membership ID 9504
2) The Purple Membership is supposed to be the highest priority membership being offered by the management of the Club Mahindra.
3) The membership sold was for 25 years, Confirming that we would be avail the resorts in the Peak Seasons. For 7 days every year for next 25 years.
4) The Annual Maintenance Charges(AMC) have been increasing every year, year after year.
5) The AMC charges are unjustified and no back support or details is given as how the money has been utilized.
6) The Money paid towards the Membership also we have not been advised as to how it has been used.
7) The Management is selling the inventory as Hotel Rooms, whereas informing us that the rooms are not available. Please note I have a Purple Membership which has the highest Priority for booking.
8) Due to some change in rules, which was done without information or advice to the member they had already the sold the membership they went ahead and changed the rules. All different types of members, holding different membership can book anywhere anytime of the year. So considering that we paid a premium had no benefit difference of booking and using our agreed allotted days.
9) A member is not allowed to even book a holiday without paying the AMC, which is very very high.
10) Rooms Booking for Members are never available when required, The inventory is probably given Either to new members on Joining or to Known Relatives and friends, THE INVENTORY IS ALSO BEING SOLD AS HOTEL ROOMS.
11) the Club Management has started cancelling the allotted number of days if it crosses above 21 days.
BOOKINGS ARE NOT GIVEN, ALLOTTED DAYS ARE TAKEN AWAY EVEN AFTER CHARGING FOR AMC, BOOKINGS ARE NOT GIVEN WHEN ROOMS ARE AVAILABLE TO DESERVING MEMBERS AND ALSO SOLD AS HOTEL ROOMS TO NON MEMBERS.
THE AMC RATE IS GOING HIGHER YEAR AFTER YEAR, AND NO DETAILS ARE GIVEN FOR SAME.
HOW DOES ONE UTILIZE AN ALLOTTED AGREED TIME FRAME WHEN ONE IS NOT ALLOWED TO USE THE SAME. ON TOP OF THAT HOW CAN THEY CANCEL A HOLIDAY WHICH THE CLUB DID NOT ALLOW ME TO USE AND CHARGED ME AMC ON TOP.
THE LAWS AND TERMS WHICH HAVE BEEN AGREED AT THE TIME OF SIGNING AND BUYING OWNERSHIP HAVE BEEN MISUSED AND MONEY AND TRUST HAS BEEN MISUED BY THE MANAGEMENT AND OWNERS OF THE COMPANY.
THERE CERTAINLY IS SOMETHING WRONG AND ILLEGAL IN WHAT THE CLUB MANAGEMENT IS DOING. WE NEED TO MAKE THE PUBLIC AWARE OF THE SCAM. THEY ARE OVERSELLING, MISUSING THE MONEY FOR THEIR PERSONAL GAINS.
