Club Mahindra Holidays — mujhe abhi tak refund nahi mila

Where is my refund ₹41860...?
Kisi customer ko refund dene me 10 months lagte hai kya...?
Aapki terms & conditions me to 90days likha tha aapke excutives se jab membership li thi tab 10days me bola tha...? Sab milke ullu bana rahe ho customers ko...?
Koi responsbilty hai k nahi aapke company ki...? Customer itna free hai ki bas aapko call centers me call pe baat karta rahe... Har excutive ko alag alag samjata rahe...?
Itna bada process hota hai kya kabhi...! Jab membership sale karni thi to sab active the sab fatafat karna tha aapko..? Aur payment aane k baad sab ultaa..? Yeh behave hai aapka customers k sath...? This is totaly wrong...? This is worst experience in my life...?
