[Resolved] Club Mahindra Holidays — never get a booking and holidays lapse | |||
We are members of club mahindra, we were encouraged to book white/studio holidays without being informed that getting a holiday season is near impossible. Whenever we try to book, the space is always not available. It is obvious that the number of members registered is far more that what they can provide. Once again on 18 december i once again tried to book a holiday. We had 21 days pending, but to no avail. I also sent a mail with our grievances, but no reply till date. Today 7 days have lapsed without resolving our issue. We get several reminders for payment of annual maintenance, but no much effort is made regarding lapse, nor any move is made to help us use our vacation. If vacation is not possible we want full refund of membership and all maintenance paid. Member no. 2575317 Was this information helpful? | |||
