We are member since 2010 and not single year satisfied with the company. Some times food, some time asf and all the time booking problem.
We paid handsome amount for our pleasure but this became painfull.
This time some unique problem, we paid asf for the period of 2017-18 and claiming my dàys but company saying we will not give untill you clear your up-to-date asf. Which is totally unjustified.
Company shows big dreams at the time of membership and hiding all such matters when you trap once you will realise all problems.
We are asking for booking from 26th april to 29th april, 2020 in rishikesh or mansoori. But customer refuse to allot, earlier to were happened in the month of december 2019 when we ask for confirmation that time they simply say that no accommodation at this moment, try next time.
