I had purchased an XUV 500 W8AT on 25 August 2016. Along with the purchase I was given an Club Mahindra Holiday voucher under the Purple Club benefit of Mahindra.
Since then I have registered my voucher for redeeming my holiday voucher but have not been able to book any place across India as all the resorts always show booked and there are no rooms available.
I have contacted the Club Mahindra Customer Care also but the executive said he will not be able to help in bookings as I am redeeming the gift vouchers & can only be booked online.
Now after almost 2 months continuously trying to book a family trip I have come to think the vouchers of Club Mahindra are a scam. They will never be any rooms available.
Feel cheated by both Mahindra & Club Mahindra. Was this information helpful? |
