I was enrolled in blue studio membership and made a downpayment of Rs 44990 on 30 Oct 2021. Later I understood the sales executive Mr. Nirmal concealed many important terms and conditions and decided to cancel the membership. I informed club Mahindra by email of my cancellation and refund request on 2nd Nov 2021. I got a call from Vashi branch on 8th Nov where I confirmed once again that I would like to cancel and get refund. They assured I would get a formal cancellation confirmation and refund process information in next 2 working days. I have not heard anything from them till now and they are not even picking up my calls.
Please do the needful for cancellation and process my refund. Otherwise I would be forced to take legal step in consumer court.

Guess you have so many unsatisfied customers and so many complaints to resolve you have lost track of it!!!
Seems the only way forward is to take legal action in the consumer court once 30 days legal due date for refund is passed
