[Resolved] Club Mahindra Holidays — no response from customer care | |||
My money from credit card had been debited without my knowledge. All the promises made at the time of membership turned out to be false. Due to the bad service by club mahindra i wanted to cancel the member ship. I have totally paid them rs 42000. I registered the complaint for cancellation on 11th march. And till date i have no response or any call backs. Daily i sit and call the customer care for nearly 4=3 times a day and all they say is for me to wait till end of the day for getting a call back from cancellation team. Its 20th march today and till now i haven't got any calls. I was told that the issue was escalated to someone called swapna from cancellation team in chennai branch and that she will call me. But even after multiple escalation club mahindra team doesn't bother about customers. Within 2 day again the club mahindra team will debit money from my credit card and i feel they are not cancelling my membership for this purpose so that they can have more money. This is intolerable.
