Club mahindra guys are genuinely taking their customers for granted, on one side i have been making request for rooms but every time i am declined of room because of no vacancy or purple season rooms hence not eligible.
Now on top of it they have deducted my seven days of holiday, i have written to all people including their country head but no one has ever come with a solution. Instead they break the email chain to avoid the trails.
Further to add more worries, they have almost doubled the asf, one doesn't get holidays and if it is not utilized it gets lapsed.
They do not even tell how much would one get on cancellations. Was this information helpful? |
