Club Mahindra Holidays — No services provided after payment of membership fee

Club Mahindra holiday proposals were interesting and enticing. So I bought a membership with my hard-earned money. But much to my regret the promises were all fake and untrue. Club mahindra website wouldnt enable me to do bookings, so i call the customer care number for help but apparently their "systems were not working". I thought - Ok maybe it was a one time technical issue. But i call back 2 days later and i hear the same thing again. N for the past year i have been hearing the same thig. I have been unable to make bookings and use the services i paid for.
It is a total SCAM.
Their systems work properly when its turn to ask for payments. But when we want to avail the services they somehow dont work.

I want a refund of my last 2019-20 charges or i would forced to take strict legal actions cause "COMMON MAN" cannotbe fooled by fraudsters like these and we need to fight them or they will keep stealing our money.
