[Resolved] Club Mahindra Holidays — Non availability of holidays and subsequent lapse of room nights | |||||
I have been a club mahindra member since the year 2001 and have upgraded my membership on 3 occasions since the year 2010. For the first few years getting room availability was practically impossible due to which my room inventory accumulated. One fine day they decided that the maximum inventory one could retain was 21 days. They consequently deducted 21 days from my inventory.in the year 2011 when i took this up with them and pointed out non availability of holidays i was told to reduce my inventory and they would re credit my nights. I got a re credit of 7 nights after raising the issue once again with them in 2013. I was then promised that the rest would be re credited once i got my inventory down further. Earlier this year i received a mail regarding re credit of lapsed nights. When i called the call center i was told that someone would get in touch with me which never happened. I called the call center again on august 13, 2016 and a request was taken for re-credit of the room nights. I was told that they would respond in 4 to 5 working days. Since i did not receive a call or mail i called them today and was told that my request was rejected as there was one re-credit done earlier. I have paid for both the membership and the annual maintenance charges which are raised every year and i do not intend letting my nights lapse easily. Please do assist me in this matter.
