[Resolved] Club Mahindra Holidays — Non-transfer of membership after paying all money and submitting required documents (Unethical behaviour) | |||||
We had submitted total amount of rs. 237968/- along with all required documents in 2015. We had also paid the arrears of annual maintenance fees of rs.47000 on 03/11/2014 till 2014. We have confirmation mail from mr. Sarad joseph who was the team manger, onsite sales at virajpeth (Coorg) resort club mahindra karnataka on 7th july 2015. He confirmed in mail that as he has received all required documents and money and thus transfer of membership will be done within a weeks time. More than 2 and half years has been passed and but the membership has not been transferred yet. We have been following up with club mahindra since than but they keep on lingering the matter. We want all our money back with interest as soon as possible or immediate transfer of membership with the benefit of all lapse days which we lost due to their mistake.
