We had booked two rooms in their resort at kumbakgarh thru make my trip booking id. No. Nh[protected] for 25-5-17.
We had been given 2 rooms nos.3301 and 3302 on 25-5-17.
Our holiday and vacation mood was completely destroyed and we faced one problem after another till our checkout.
1.) there were white insects in the drinking water jug put in room no 3302.
2) water clogging was in the bathroom of room 3301.
3) water leakage was below wash basin in room no 3302.
4) friz was not working properly in room 3302.
5) a c was not cooling fully.
6) used plates etc were lying in the lobby for 2 days in spite of requesting to cleaning staff.
7) staff in general and at reception and cafeteria in particular was unresponsive, inefficient and careless to the requests of guests.
We have lodged our complaint with make my trip on june 1, 2017 but till today we have not received any response from them.
We are contemplating legal action and involving media including posting reviews on your and their websites to make the public aware of your bad services and unresponsive behavior.

    My name is satnam kanwar, i had taken membership in 2013, but they never gave holidays whenever i requested and since 2013 have been raising annual subscription fees, for the last one year i have bben requesting to cancel my membership and return my money but they are calling again and again and not cancelling the membership, time and again giving excuses, everytime different person calling from different numbers, like amar, shetty, and not giving their numbers and writting wrong reply that i agrred to continue. They have taken 2 lakhs rupees and on top of that made rs 62000/ annual subscription fees without giving any holiday. They are not refunding the money nor cancelling. Please take strict action, there are many people suffering kike me

    so far nothing is done, same old tactics they are playing, sending false mails that we tried to contact you on your mobile but you were not available, my request is to refund my money and do not try to waste any more time, everytime some new person calls or send emails, Big cheater club Mahindra, for the last five years harassing me and my family and looted my hard earned money, it is the high time Govt and authorities should take action against them and this club should be banned and money recovered from them

    again many different persons are contacting, sometime to my wife and disturbing us by making phone calls and trying to presuade us to pay ASF, we are really fed up and harassed by their customer executives, please help me to get rid of them, very disappointed

      I am a club mahindra red studio member, whenever i try to do a booking during any holiday season, i get no rooms available, but when my brother a non member tried doing a booking for the same resort on paid mode they said there where rooms available also offered complimentary breakfast, where as we members are to pay high price for the foods.

      Club mahindra is cheating its members and selling the rooms to other customers for money. Ideally we should be the one to get the rooms first and then non members.

      I'm the member of club mahindra and had requested for holiday at Lonavla Resort for a specific occassion. This was communicated vide email and several calls.
      my request was denied and i was not at all infomed.

        My name is kapil shah and i am member of worst company club mahindra with my id 2624755.

        From last 4 months i have been mailing this persons on members relations mail id for cancelling my membership but this useless person never till today replied me or called me. Apart from whenever i try to call this people on their toll free no [protected], u will never get connected. After that they also have something that u send a sms on bla bla no and we will call u back, but that is also a jhoomla.

        Now through your means i want to inform this people that i have done my job and taken all stops needed to cancel my membership, and after that also my account still every month shows yr ecs failed and ecs charges of around 400/- rs are debited from my account every month. So i want to inform u that right from first mail sent to u to cancel my policy, all the charges which are leived on me by my bank wil be borne by u people and club mahindra and same amount is now which u owe to me till today and for all further amounts.

        So make your fooling business to some real buainess and send me a cheque for all amounts which are debited from my account because u did not cancelled my membership even after mailing u for the same.

        So from immediate effect cancel my policy and arrange me my refund amount of charges. Amount is shared at the end of script.

        Its a clean case for fraud and poor services to sonsumers even and after paying handsome amounts.

          I request you not to process my application which was handed over to mr tapas dey yesterday evening at 11 pm for the membership at kolkata. Kindly make arrangements to refund the down payment of rs. 37, 500 with credit card made at 10:33pm on 17 jun 2017. Kindly treat this mail as full and final instructions for not pursuing the membership. Kindly immediately stop at all processing in this regards as communicated over the phone, whatsapp, e-mail to mr. Tapas dey also copying mr rajiv jha.

            Hi my self rahul dongre
            I took club mahindra membership in december but due to bad service on arranging vacations i have asked for refund. And refund approved on 6 th of feb 2016 and now its jun 17th 2017 i have not received my refund. It has been already 90 days passed. Now i need refund with intrest of 9%.

            I have all log of communication of refund approved.

            I need my refund back.

              One representative came to my office for giving me offer about club mahindra holiday and tried to convince me for a cash back on the credit card by taking my card details... After which he took my card for confirming the offer on my card which was some kind of cash back and made two unauthorized transactions the first one was declined and the second one was charged for rs.10000... This is a fraud in itself... I want my money back or else i will be filling a complain against the company for unauthorised charge

                  Dear sir,

                  This is with reference to a call received from your persons about the presentation about your product at the above venue on 14th may, 2017.

                  I was informed that i will be issued a voucher, whether or not i accept the offer at your presentation venue.

                  At the end of the presentation, i was issued a voucher with no. Jbpc644gja.

                  The presentation was given by mr. Aamir hussain no. [protected].

                  I was asked to use the voucher to avail the free holiday at any of your resort.

                  Some person from your side at the venue also took our picture taking that voucher and he also announced about this at the venue.

                  After few days, i tried to redeem the above voucher but it is not working. It says that the redemption no. Has been sent to you via email/sms.

                  No email or sms is received after that.

                  I bring this to the notice of mr. Aamir hussain and he says it is technical problem and he is trying to resolve the issue.

                  I tried to bring it to the notice of your office at chandigarh but they asked me to contact your helpline

                  On calling at helpline no.[protected], i was informed that this redemption voucher has been issued in the name of amit kumar.

                  Where as at the time of presentation i was told that on that day same voucher no is issued all the guests. Your help line number says it is no possible.

                  Now, your aamir hussain and he is not picking my now i am feeling i have been ditched by you.

                  Never expected this from a companyof repute like you.

                  Please see what i needed to do to resolve this issue.

                    My complaint is same like nitins,
                    I was called last year january by club mahindra for free gift vouchers at hotel khansama in sangli.. When i went thr it was a 3 hour presentation for becoming a member of club... It was not worth to spend 3 hrs as the moral is to become a member of club. Then they gave me voucher, after following all rules printed on first page i was trying to redeem my voucher online, (In their valid period), i was unable to redeem it as website was not working and responding properly, i hd also tried customer care number, again they were unable to help me, and denied to take complaint too.
                    Again today on 13 june 2017 i got call from ([protected]) mumbai office for same deal, miss sadhna was calling from club mahindra, i asked her that i want to talk to manager, then she disconnected call.. I called back her then directly manager was speaking who's name is mr vijay rana, he was talking so useless and refused to help me out anyway...
                    Whats happen to club mahindra, they r making us fool, i want answer for this all inconvenience.. Or else i have to register a complaint in a consumer court, and i ll stop this presentation s in all districts by law... As well i am going to aware people about this and stop them to take any membership of club mahindra...

                    Those people are actually i say so lucky who's vouchers not got redeem, atleast they got know this company is nothing but usless and fraud... Thank for not taking any membership of club mahindra...

                      Non-transfer of membership after paying all money and submitting required documents (Unethical behaviour)

                      We had submitted total amount of rs. 237968/- along with all required documents in 2015. We had also paid the arrears of annual maintenance fees of rs.47000 on 03/11/2014 till 2014.
                      We have confirmation mail from mr. Sarad joseph who was the team manger, onsite sales at virajpeth (Coorg) resort club mahindra karnataka on 7th july 2015. He confirmed in mail that as he has received all required documents and money and thus transfer of...

                      Recently, we purchased an xuv 500 on which we got a coupon to be redeemed with one out of thirty-five (35) club mahindra resorts for 3n/4d.

                      The irony of the case is:

                      1) we purchased the vehicle and register here on 15th april
                      2) till date there is no room available in any of the 35 resorts.
                      3) club mahindra has about 50 resorts but no clue why coupons to be redeemed against designated 35 resorts only.
                      4) since april 15, 2017 we have tried severally to book but all resorts are booked till sep 2017 (Including today status). You can’t book today for dates post september. You simply are without choice to book or select dates beyond it.
                      5) so i conclude, you get something as complimentary gift which you can't enjoy technically or that's not possible to redeem with the given circumstances.
                      6) calling the customer care is like a waste of time, the executive told that it needs to be booked from website only. So i asked, when you ask for new membership, you tell about these resorts but then even as a legitimate member/ customer, you can't book it because it's not available. He immediately replied, for customers we book internally. Moreover he asked me if i am interested to take the club mahindra membership, which i guess is a serious sort of joke.
                      7) some of the above 35 resorts are available to book thru makemytrip and other holiday portals.
                      8) we purchased an inr 2 million worth of car from them but then what they do give as complimentary is not about to give you the necessary benefits.

                      This foul stand needs to be checked at club mahindra's end sincerely.

                        Cancel my membership and refund my amount along with interest as your membership of purple studio is useless because whenever i book a room in any of your resorts i get this message
                        "hi, we regret to inform that your waitlist#517949 placed @ resort:club mahindra could not be confirmed. Visit www.clubmahindra.com to replan your holiday"
                        I can't do booking 4 months in advance and at the time of taking purple season membership i was been told that i will get confirm booking any season anytime even with short period like 3-4 days prior to departure, i am not happy with your booking system so i need refund with interest immediately, please see the pics photos attached with this complaint.

                          I have useless purple studio membership, i am using word useless because whenever i need to book a resort i get message on date selected
                          "hi, we regret to inform that your waitlist#517949 placed @ resort:club mahindra could not be confirmed. Visit www.clubmahindra.com to replan your holiday"
                          Please see the pics attached here.
                          They told me that if i take purple membership i will be able to book a room in any resort just 3-4 days before the departure i can plan and book, they have approximately 50 resorts and in each resort they have approximately 60 odds rooms so total 3000 rooms they must be having all over the world and members nothing less then 10 lakhs that is one million members so 1 million members against just 3000 rooms? Just calculate the ratio and chances of booking getting confirmed is almost zero percent 0%.
                          I am really sick & tired of their booking system and never successful in getting confirmation of a room in any resort and i can't keep on booking 4 months in advance as i can't plan a holiday 4 months advance, i need permanent solution to this as they had told me that whenever i will book under purple membership i will get confirm booking which is not happening actually and club mahindra people are liars, i need solution or else i need my money back along with interest whatever i have paid them till now.

                            I request you not to process my application which was handed over to Miss. Ricka N Bhattacherji - CDSO (Andheri Branch) on tuesday evening at 8 PM for the membership at Mira Road. Kindly make arrangements to refund the down payment of Rs. 35 .7K which was made by credit card at 8.30PM on 6 June. Kindly treat this mail as full and final instructions for not pursuing the membership. Request you to immediately stop at all processing and refund my amount.

                              Again club mahindra team mail me that we have already started processing the cancellation formalties. And you will recive the full refund in next 45 days woring days. 1st they told me that you will get refund in next 30 working days.
                              Its almost 40days passed but no refund.
                              And now again one more mail and now they want 45 days more.

                              Attached latest mail.

                              No update. Its almost one month passed.
                              One of the worst service i have seen in my life.
                              Please process my refund ASAP. 37.K is big amout to me.

                                I have got membership in club mahindra holdays pvt. Ltd in december 2016.

                                Before we deal and getting membership we agreed that we are going to get membership for only and only single tour for internantional tour (Dubai0 nad they assur us that the dubai packages is cheaper thatn all other packages in exists tour copmany.

                                We agreed and get membership by
                                1. Swipping 4000

                                Later they advised to give a cancel cheque for security reason.

                                I have given them cheque
                                1. Cancle cheque number 754883 dated 29.02.17
                                2. Rs. 28660 cheque number 754884 dated 29.02.17
                                3. Rs. 9478 cheque number 754885 dated 07.03.17
                                4. Rs. 9478 cheque number 754886 dated 07.04.17
                                5. Rs. 9478 cheque number 754887 dated 07.05.17

                                Later on 26.03.2017 i have inquired about the tour packages for dubai and adviced to tel packages cost they told 60, 000 (Sixty thousand) for 5 days and 4 nights which is too higher than existing tour packages provided by other company excluding air tickets

                                I told them to not want to continue with this up sided costing and get arragne to back my all money

                                Later i have demanded to get back my all cheques and they given

                                But last 07.06.2017 without my permission they used my canceled cheque for ecs payment and without my permission debited in my amount as emi meanwhile i have told them i do not want to continueu with club mahindra holidays

                                Very bad servie they had given i had face lot after getting club mahindra membership they know only get paymnet by customer not give service them

                                  First they forced me to provide the number and name. I was consistently saying that I don't want to provide, but they asked me because they don't want to lose their job. So I gave and asked them not to call me, as I am not interested.

                                  But, the call came. And it came, and it continuously came. Finally when I told them that I am not interested, then they tried to insult me that I cannot afford the package and hence wasted their time. Most rude customer care official I have ever met.
