Club Mahindra Holidays — Not allowed to book holidays with paid for inventory

I am a member of Club Mahindra since 2014 and my Member ID is 2595942. Due to the high Annual Fees I did not pay the dues this year. Normally if one does not pay the annual fees one cannot avail the 07 days holidays that accrue for that year. But the accumulated inventory is available for use. A max of 21 days can be accumulated. However, as a punishment mahindra app and call centre agent is denying me the right to book holidays utilising my accumulated holiday inventory for which I have paid all dues. This act of Club Mahindra is arbitrary and prejudicial. When I had taken membership there was no such rule and presumably this rule has been introduced in 2019. One cannot apply rules retrospectively.
