V had book for membership on 6 feb 2018. Amount was 50, 000. They are not giving appointment to meet us for cancellations nor for refunding the amount. V had done booking from vadodara branch. Miss sharlet mam n his supervisor sir are denying to meet us. Telling will meet on other day n on. Please tell us the procedure for refunding or cancellations of membership.
