I took club mahindra membership on 5th March, cancelled it on 8th march. Its been 90 days, not a single response on my mails, no callbacks, nothing. I called them more than 20-25 times to please refund my money before my international travel, but they keep saying we will call you back for sure, but never happened, not even a single time. I never complained about the salesperson who didn't clearly told us the advantages/ disadvantages of the package, which we realised later. We cancelled the package as we were travelling internationally for 4-5 months. I told them multiple times that I will be unreachable once I went, but they do not do anything. Its already crossed 90 days, I should be paid with refund and extra insterest for waiting so long and getting disturbed and frustrated for making so many calls. The service is tooo bad. Even myntra says that refund in 7-10 days, but they work on priority and refund in max 1 -2 days.
But the club Mahindra works opposite, they waste 60-70 days first, then work in last 10 days to refund, that too frustrating a person mentally. But this time, 90 days are crossed and no refund. What should I do. I really needed the money before my international travel. I should have never trusted club mahindra. Its just 5 days to my travel. Please refund my money, and pay for my mental torture as well. Thanks in advance.
