[Resolved] Club Mahindra Holidays — Poor Response from Sales Executive & Customer Care | |||||
I Mahesh V Manjrekar am having membership ID 2734751 . I have taken this membership in the month of Dec'16. Mr Shahsi was the sales executive who had visited my office. As usual he had given perfect sales pitch assuring best of services to sell the product. Post registration Mr Shashi was not interested in taking calls. When I asked for the supervisors no, it was not provided. Helpless I tried calling the customer care no. This was again useless as I get the response the executives are busy and someone will call back which never happens. Recently my account was debited for Rs 18K plus towards monthly EMI whereas my EMI is Rs 9478 p.m. As always I am not able to get thru the customer care no . I am shocked with such poor response & unethical behavior from Club Mahindra . It is clearly evident the sales executives are only interested in selling the products at all cost. I demand a written explanation for the unresponsiveness and refund of the payment done till date. I don't want to be associated with Organization which lacks ethics.
