[Resolved] Club Mahindra Holidays — Poor service no member support | |||||
I have tried to contact the bangalore office for over a month and have left messages at reception for call back but there has been absolutely no response. Subsequently emailed a member relations, got a call that they will call back asap however a week now dropped the same to twitter account of club mahindra - got a response they would call but it has been 3 days now no response. I think club mahindra staff mainly the ones mentioned in my mail think members are fools to keep calling and leaving a message and following them for a response- they have absolutely no courtesy. They do not bother to call back to atleast listen to the concern let aside addressing. Very disappointed - Was this information helpful? | |||||
