[Resolved]  Club Mahindra Holidays — Poor services, Login blocked

I am holding a RED membership. My id is 2865840. My login id is disabled for the last 2-3 months. I am not able to generate OTP on registered email and mobile. Despite intensive follow-ups over the calls and email. The problems are still the same. The customer care services are so poor and misguiding. They don't understand your issues, just note down the problem and state that the team will give you a call on this. Unfortunately, I never received any calls from any CM representative. I tried to escalate the matter to the next level under the grievance redressal matrix. Unfortunately, I haven't got any reply from them. This shows the attitude of the company towards its prime membership holder. Pathatic services.
