Booked three nights, one night was WL other 2 available. Club Mahindra Did not block the available nights for me and gave these to someone else. As a result even though the 3 night became available after a couple of days I did not get any booking. The process is not fair, despite my efforts to explain no action taken.

      DEAR SIR/ MADAM THIS IS DR SANDIP DESALE MEMBERSHIP NO 2965098
      wish to cancel my club mahindra membership due to following reasons:

      sales team Mr MARUTI HAPPE runs on false commitments.

      Club Mahindra Marketing Team Mr MARUTI HAPPUmisguided me made wrong commitments .When I try to book, I found that all the information / scheme given by club Mahindra executives is not matching what he has agreed with me, which he has forwarded to my whatsapp (including voice message )can be forwarded if required

      I have tried the customer care MUMBAI branch to cancel my membership and save my hard earned money, but no response

      it is my humble request to please refund all of my money given to club Mahindra holidays.

      Note:its a clear case of cheating

                I would like to withdraw my membership application Due to some finacial conditions. Under the clause Part C, 8.1 I would like to claim FULL REFUND of the down payment Rs. 27000/- under above mentioned clause.                   I am holding a RED membership. My id is 2865840. My login id is disabled for the last 2-3 months. I am not able to generate OTP on registered email and mobile. Despite intensive follow-ups over the calls and email. The problems are still the same. The customer care services are so poor and misguiding.                   I am holding RED membership of club mahindra holidays. My id is 2865840, Unfortunately my id is blocked since More than two months. Not able to receive any OTP on mobile number or email id. Wrote many emails and called on customer service. But CM has not done anything to some of my problems. It's pathetic services. Despite writing many emails got no response from CM. UNFORTUNATETO HAVE A MEMBERSHIP. POOR SERVICE.

                    I had an successful referral. as Club Mahindra advertise for referral benefits. i have not been give any benefited as CM promised.
                    after contacting customer care, they are asking my proofs. their sales executive who promised me and my referral both for some benefits are not given and also refused by customer care after complaining.

                      Manashi Basak( [protected]) had called up my father and even though he had informed that his wife is not well, he doesnt own a car and I am his daughter who nis the owner of the car, her team had repeatedly called him. I had a customer service work booked already toady previousyly in hyndai. Hence when i reached i met my dad and suddenly manashi, came up and harassed us that you are e member and have come up again to avail free coupons. She insulted my dad and Said to me to get out of Hyndai. I had informed that I have not come here for any club mahindar coupons.I have my service booked and since dad was at the same palce, I accompanied him, she harassed me, shouting on top of her voice that I have paid only 87000 and did not take the 9lakh package.
                      Now my q is if i wanted to avail free coupons, why wd i had come up and met dad?? I would have left and let them give my dad the coupon?!!
                      if I am a member, What relation does that have with my dad? he cant be a member??! Den why did u call him??
                      Manashi is very rude and had insulted me infront of all the satffs of hyundai and club mahindra !! She shoulted saying that even if i take 3 times 87thousand pacakage, that would be less than the salary that she earns from club mahindra!!!
                      If that is how u treat your customers, I would inform my friends and relatives and all my near and dear ones not to avail club mahindra never ever!!!
                      Manashi is v rude! Her languagae is very filty!! How can she ask me to leave hyundai service center?? is that her property too?? I had though o[censored]pgrading my package but i wd never want to even invest a singele penny on club mahindra!! BECAUSE OF HER!! She has ruined my mood and my interest in club mahindra too!!! Does she own club mahindra? what paclage i will sleect is my choice! who is she to blabber about it?? How dare she shouts in front of employees?!!this is disgusting!!!

                        My membership id is 218794. I have completed all my EMI in 2015. Now I see that they have charged 2958 as past tax dues.
                        How can a tax be added as retro. If I have completed my car loan EMI in 2015 will they come and get a retro tax from me? This totally unacceptable and not ethical. Please reverse the same. I was not able to pay my ASF due without paying this tax. unknowingly I had paid for this full amount. Please reverse the same.

                          To whomsoever concerned,

                          My personal relations manager Mr. Satish had informed us that our account has been blocked. This was over 4 days ago and he was supposed to have raised an enquire internally. It's been over 4 days and Mr. Satish has failed to respond to us or even answer any of our constant calls.

                          I am reaching out to your team directly because we were not informed that my account has been blocked. We have been trying to make a reservation for months and nothing has gone through. We have even visited the Andheri office to try and sort out this issue and get some sort of response or help. Please do connect us further to higher authorities regarding the disregard and lack of response of our relationship manager.

                          Please tell help with unblocking our account and mention the reason it was blocked in the first place.

                            Bookings at club Mahindra is an absolutely unpleasant and frustrating experience. I am a member with club Mahindra since 2005 and everytime the experience is from bad to worse. We have booked for kanha and Khajuraho (19 dec to 26dec) We want to take our parents along with but they are not allowing bookings for them stating various reasons. Further even there are rooms available we are being denied the bookings. We have discussed with them our past experience and incidents but still we are getting stereotype response to our query emails. Also the relationship manager is simply not responding to my calls and even customer care number is cmng continuosly switched off. We are regretting after such high membership fee and getting no benefit out of it.

                            It is very unfortunate that club Mahindra members keep suffering and there our request are always turn down site one or the other reasons.

                            Earlier when I used to speak to customer care they kept on saying sorry mam you are not eligible. Subsequently when I am getting into more details and giving precise examples we are now being told there is no availability. Unfortunately the system is not transparent and we are unable see on the days booked if an additional unit is available or not. It is very strange to see that post my bookings days all subsequent days booking is available even in purple season.

                            I am simply not able to understand the now the booking system works and now we are left at the mercy of the customer care staff with no say and getting standard response "sorry mam we cannot help'

                            Club Mahindra has worst service ever and it seems that the entire model is to make money from the members and once a person takes membership the vacations planning are at the mercy of the customer care staff or let your number of days lapse.

                            Members are unable to enjoy a pleasant holiday and inspite of paying such high membership fee and it is unfortunate to note that members are left with no choice but take recourse to other alternative options like selling their unused nights to agent and thus the non-members get the pleasure of enjoying the club Mahindra resorts at the cost of the members.

                            When you people wanted us to upgrade our membership from white to red we were given incentives like helping us book the resort of our choice without doing anything thing at our end though the same was showing not available. This is truly amazing how the customer care and customer relationship staff are trained to fool people make them members and than after spending a bomb for the membership fee make them helpless and frustrating.

                            Holiday with club Mahindra has become most frustrating and disappointing experience. It terms are such that unfortunately on cancellation we can only get peanuts leaving no choice but to continue to be the member.

                            This unpleasant experience surely needs escalation to the highest level possible.

                                Dear Sir/Madam,

                                I wish to cancel Club Mahindra Membership, my membership id is -2962157
                                After making payment for membership with Club Mahindra on 15.11.2021, I have gone through various blogs and feedback of customer/members which are scary and show poor hospitality. I have also searched your property on market availability for reservation and it is very much shocking that some of your property are available in very reasonable rates and even offered with the nominal rates which seems no sense to invest or pay big amount on your conditions which are not only loss for me financially but also restrict me to choose the days of visit.

                                (a) I had taken the membership considering I can visit most resorts as per my wish and as per my child’s holidays. However, I find most of the resorts filled. I cannot go to holiday when my child has college days however I was not aware of this fact.

                                (b) I got the details of my membership documents, cards etc through courier on 28th November. Today on 5th December I am giving my request for cancellation of my membership.My membership will be valid from 01/2022.

                                I do not have used any service and within couple of days I am requesting for the cancellation.

                                It is my sincere desire to surrender the Membership and get the refund in this respect. I also desire to resolve the matter amicably.

                                  I visited the club Mahindra white meadows Manali with my family in the month of August 2021, where from the very first day of my tour, one of your marketing executive mr. Aanad started following us for membership, but we totally denied and after that he introduced his senior to us and they both started creating pressure on us to join the membership. When they realised that we won't convinced they made a trick with us and asked that company will provide one international tour after giving just 15000 Rs. and it will be organised exactly after one month.

                                  Just before completing the one month we approached to mr. Aanad and he made the excuse that company has changed the policy and now you have to deposit more money to avail this facility. We realised that aanad and his team made us fool and on the same day we asked him to return my money back and from that day he is making me fool by giving fake dates about refund of my money. Please take strict action against this guy and give my money back. Here is the attachment regarding my payment and the conversation with Aanad .

                                    I had paid the guest fee of 2360 for my guest booking of Dec 3-5 at Club Mahindra Madikeri.

                                    Due to some system issue, this is not reflecting in Club M system but I have a credit card statement showing the same.

                                    Despite this resort staff delayed my guests unnecessarily and made them pay the guest fee again.

                                    Unable to reach support team also. Was feeling helpless and embarassed. I wish I could just cancel this membership.

                                      I booked my membership of Club Mahindra at the beginning of 2020. When Club Mahindra's Sales Executive approached me with the membership plan, I wasn't much convinced. However, later their executive Akshay Gharat offered me some benefits and discounts on the behalf of the company, which apparently is the reason behind my complaint.

                                      Sales Representative Akshay Gharat kept me uninformed about many of the company's policies like ASF, Refund Policy, increment in ASF, and so on. Every time I put forward any query, he said everything will be taken care of and I would say he 'trapped' me into this useless membership.

                                      This sales representative, Mr. Gharat was in the picture only for 2 months post the membership was bought. After that, there was no contact from the company's end until Club Mahindra faced an issue with their YES Bank account for which I had given PDC cheques. Now, this time another lady contacted me to remind me about the EMI's, which was again fine. But around September-October amidst the Pandemic, this lady drew my attention towards the overdue ASF's, about which I had no clue. I panicked and called Mr. Akshay Gharat and narrated the situation to him, but he promised me saying I don't have to worry about the ASF's and he'll take care of it. I trusted his words, but even after a month was passed, my ASF's overdue were the same and Mr. Gharat had left the company. I felt completely cheated and lost trust in the company at that same moment. I was informed neither about the ASF's nor was I told about the increment in ASF's.

                                      After this, I sent a complaint to the company's official mail id. However, right from the first person who contacted me regarding my complaint to the regional head, no one took responsibility for their Ex employee's actions. Instead, they were saving their backs by asking me for proof of my complaint. I suggested to them a number of times to get me in touch with Mr. Gharat, but they denied to do so. The least I was expecting was to acknowledge my complaint and give me a satisfactory response. I didn't expect employees of such a huge brand to misguide customers.

                                      They delayed the delivery of the membership card because of the pandemic. For two years, customers were unable to travel considering the Covid-19 scenario. However, still they are demanding customers of ASF's for two years that too inclusive of the incremental cost. Club Mahindra's hypocrisy is laughable.

                                      Till now, I have paid Rs. 72000 of my hard-earned money to the company. From the time I lodged my complaint, every time a new person called me, and I had to tirelessly narrate the same story to them. But in spite of all this, Club Mahindra not only failed to resolve my problem, but they didn't even acknowledge that such an incident has happened. I understand that it might be difficult to take action against an ex-employee but they can make efforts to trust their present customer's words and respect them.

                                      How can I pay the money for something I was not informed about? How ethical it is to lie to customers to such an extent in the name of Sales and Marketing?

                                      I felt betrayed and lost trust over any of the company's words, and thus I demanded to take action over my complaint, and only then I'll process further EMI's. But as Club Mahindra Holiday's instead blocked my membership and put it on for cancellation. I am highly displeased with Club Mahindra's Customer care team.

                                      I started receiving messages about my card being blocked, and thus I contacted the given number. But still, the attitude of the company is the same. I am being asked to pay my overdue from where I left and to clear the ASF's and only then I can book my holiday. The last time when a certain employee of the company had contacted me, they offered me a certain amount as a refund on my cancellation but at that time even though my problem wasn't resolved I was considering continuing the membership with Club Mahindra. But shockingly, the lady named Aarti with whom I had a word 2 days back denied any refund to me. She very skillfully placed 3 payment options in front of me to pay my overdue and future payments. Out of the 3 options, one was to pay the full amount of 1, 26.000/- inclusive of overdue and future payments and discounts in two days. In the trying times of the pandemic, the company is expecting me to pay such a huge amount that too in such a short span.

                                      I haven't booked even a single holiday with Club Mahindra, but my 72000 is with them, which they are threatening me of confiscating if I don't pay the overdue. I am being treated as if I have taken any debt from the company. I absolutely don't wish to continue my membership in the company which is so untrustworthy. I want the company to compensate me for my loss of time, energy, and money. And I am certainly not ready to lose my money for their ex-employee's mistakes and their low quality of customer service.
