Holiday inventory lapsed

IN spite of multiple request on email to member experience team to restating my cumulative days 13 lapsed due to pandemic, i have not seen any feedback which is in my interest and Mahindra holidays is just replying they will lapsing my earned leave which I paid for. Unable to avail services

Additional Tax invoice

Hi hold membership with Club Mahindra with I'd 1949292.
Recently I can see I am being charged for 5100+ as tax for the emi's I have paid from 2011 to 2014.
The gst come in to picture couple of years back. And not sure why I have to pay additional tax on the emis??
The executive Vishal was not very clear why it is charged also, when asked for the document of income tax department, which demands tax on emi's paid from 2011...

Cancel membership and refund full amount made for providing incorrect gadget.

First mail: Nov 10, 2021

CANCEL MY MEMBERSHIP AND REFUND OF THE PAYMENT MADE SO FAR.

We attended the Club Mahindra 25th anniversary event on 26-September- 2021, at Hilton Hotel, Chennai.

The Sales executive Rajesh explained in a 45 mins presentation about the benefits of this Club Mahindra membership and we agreed to sign up for it.

No processing of cancellation and refund by Mumbai Vashi Branch

I am Drishan Sengupta, membership id 2960663.

Refusing to process request for discontinuing membership on account of member demise

Club Mahindra was informed of my Father's expiry in Nov 2019 . I sent an email to them on Mar 22, 2020 informing them that the member passed away and in light of his demise and the fact that we were all impacted by the COVID 19 spread, we could not and did not utilize the account.
Despite several emails and calls from 2020 to 2021, they have refused to process this request and continue to bill my deceased father.

Extra installments taken and not responding

I have upgraded my Plan from White to Red, while doing so I have cleared all payments o[censored]pgradation.
After upgrading and clearing all payments my installments should stop but Club mahindra taken 4 extra installments from me, which are supposed to return by them.
I am continuously writing email but everytime delaying for answering and purposely new person answers who again delaying issues..
I am completely unstasfied...

Not allowing to book Vacation

CM is not allowing me to book vacations for previous years as my current year ASF is due.
I have paid ASF's for all previous years and i have pending holiday days from same.I wanted to utilise those days first but CM has blocked booking option as my current year ASF is due.I will pay the current year ASF whenever i can utilise those days.
Don't credit current year 7 days into my account until i pay the ASF but let me utilise...

Pathetic Booking System and No Transparency.

It’s been around approx 4 years being an member of Club Mahindra ( Member Id[protected] and I was able to book my holiday only once due to unavailability of rooms. They have not improved even for Rs.1 but if you look at ASF fees it is increasing every year heavily and the service against that is really really poor and disappointing.

Few properties/hotels are not even listed in the Mobile Application by Club Mahindra due...

Unable to book holidays with paid for inventory

I am a member of Club Mahindra since 2009 and my Member ID is 1571877. Club Mahindra charges Annual Fees which keeps increasing every year. Due to the high Annual Fees I did not pay the dues in 2021. Normally if one does not pay the annual fees one cannot avail the 07 days holidays that accrue for that year. But the accumulated inventory is available for use. A max of 21 days can be accumulated.
