[Resolved]  Club Mahindra Holidays — promises hell lot but reality is different.

When club mahindra representative came to my house for selling membership he made few statements. He was advocating red membership to us with following pointers.
1. There are rooms of two or three people with one extra person provision and you can book accordingly.
2. If your membership is of red and if you book in white or blue season we will count lesser holidays as you are booking in season below your membership meaning on booking of one day we will count that as 0.5 day.
3. He also said if you book in season above your membership (Purple in my case) we will count it twice. 2 holidays would be deducted for a single day as you are booking above your normal band.
This looked to be a fair deal for me hence i went for red membership. But ground reality is way too different.
1. Often room are already booked during weekends even of you try to book as 9:00 am when booking for those days open.
2. I cannot no matter what, i cannot book for more than four people.
I booked for kanha from 18th may check-in and 21th may checkout for four people (As that’s only possible through system). Then i called booking number to ask whether i can have booking for six people as those many people we travel often. When repeated no in reply she finally said she would place for approval in this case and i need to wait.in case of rejection my original booking on four days would remain as it is.
I called back in couple of days to ask what happened to my approval and it was said the me that we have approved it and now it is waiting for resort to approve it.
I really don’t understand why i have get approval from resort when i made deal with club mahindra and paid them hell lot of money. After four working days my approval got rejected and not only this even my original booking of four people got cancelled!!!
It’s been five years i bought this membership and i am entitled to have total 7*5=35 holidays. Here is the bifurcation.

Balance 27.89
Maximum balance* 21
Excess holidays lapsed: -6.9
Account balance 20.99

In total i have paid around 2.5 (For membership) + 12*5 (As maintenance) i. E. Approx. 3+ lakhs rupees only for 7 days of holidays!!
I have no intention of continuing with this membership and pay maintenance of 12 thousand which anyways keep on increasing each year for non-existing five stat amenities holidays.
