Club Mahindra Holidays — refund after withdrawal of membership

I joined club mahindra membership on 28 dec 2019, i made down payment of rs 28500.00 (This was made after 4 hr long marketting introduction, even they have hijackened me with wife and kid)

As i feel "not to continue" club mahindra membership due to price and family constraint, i want to withdraw my membership application.

I withdrawal my membership on 31 dec 2019 by writing a mail to relations at club mahindra and they have acknowledge the same.
Also i have sent my duly signed application to their jaipur office & chennai office through speed post. Both are delivered within 3-4 days.

I have communicated the same to mr. Abbas (Sr. Executive, sales) and mr. Nikhil agrawal as i have applied club mahendra membership through them.

I was stunned when they said it will take around 90 days to get my refund back, i paid down payment via credit card and i find it very difficult to pay my credit card bill for 3 months as i would have converted that amount emi if i have to continue the membership but that was not the case after membership cancellation.

Althogh it is clearly mentioned in their membership agreement that "if a member want to withdrwal his membership within 10 days of registration (As of my case) he would be get refunded full amount within 30 days." then why they are taking 90 days time.

Till now i haven't get any committed date for my refund from their side. They are not taking the matter seriously, i doubt if they can give my refund within specified time, their intentions are not clear such kind of non ethical behavior was certainly not expected from a mahindra group company.

They are not even picking up my calls and start ignoring me.

Please help me in getting my refund back from club mahindra.
