refund after withdrawal of membership

I joined club mahindra membership on 28 dec 2019, i made down payment of rs 28500.00 (This was made after 4 hr long marketting introduction, even they have hijackened me with wife and kid)

As i feel "not to continue" club mahindra membership due to price and family constraint, i want to withdraw my membership application.

I withdrawal my membership on 31 dec 2019 by writing a mail to relations at club mahindra...

Sir/ma'am,
I got a call from club mahindra representative that i had won 3Days/2 nights free holiday offer after purchase of my new car.
When I reached there, I was advised to contact Mr. MANOJ(Representative from Club Mahindra) contact No.[protected] along with his senior whose name was not disclosed.
Mr. Manoj started to show us his full presentation on Club Mahindra Resorts for next three hours.
The Club Mahindra representative told me that membership for 25 years costs for Rs.4, 43400 and asked me to pay 10% of it i.e.Rs.32840 after giving discount of Rs.11500.
Mr Manoj then offered to choose anyone EMI plan and I chose the plan having LEAST EMI i.e.Rs.11309.He told me that I have to pay only three EMIs for three consecutive months and membership would be valid for next 4 years from the date of membership.
I paid him Rs.32840/- on same day and issued SBI cheques wide no.482659, 482660, 482661 for the month of october, november and december respectively.
I was offered for WHITE STUDIO membership plan along with offers promised which included:-
1. one week R.C.I. holiday
2. 5N/6D C.M.R.
3.Rs.11, 500 cashback
4.2N/3D C.M.R.
5.2N/3D C.M.R.
5.Rs.10, 000 Gold /Amazon Voucher
6. R.C.I.
7.Floating Card
8.Rs.4, 500 cashback
9.2N/3D C.M.R.
10. Club M Select Membership.
I have not availed any holiday so far and now they have deducted again an amount of Ts.11309/- for the month pf January.
They have not fulfilled many of their offers e.g. mentioned on No. 2, 3, 5, 7, 8, 9.
i had paid above payments after great efforts, but I am not pleased after taking membership as i have been deceived by Club MAHINDRA representatives by providing false offers.
Hence I request you to cancel my membership plan and refund my all payments paid as I can not afford such deductions in future as well.

    I'd cancelled the Club Mahindra membership on the 9th of Aug 2019, which was sold to me by giving false information and under pressure. I received an email and was told to wait for 90 working days before I get my refund. I emailed many times in between and was asked to wait for more days as it was not yet 90 days yet.

    I emailed on the 10th of December I guess as that was when the 90 days were up and was told to wait for another 25 working days and another week on top of that. I was in India from the 14th to the 30th of Dec and called at least 30/40 times and spoke to various members including the manager and stressed to them that I was in Goa only for 2 weeks and to process my refund asap and as expected and promised this was not done.

    I received an email on the 21st saying that the amount is refunded and I emailed back saying the amount cannot be refunded to my NRE account and asked to deposit to my NRO account and send the passbook copy as requested.

    Today I received a call saying that it is CM's procedure that the amount is not directly refunded to the bank account. When I told the lady who called as to why CM did not refund my money back as per procedure on the 13th (withing 90 working days) she disconnected the phone and didn't bother to call back.

    I had stressed to the CM team that I was in Goa only for 2 weeks and I wanted my refund withing that period which was not done. I am in the UK right now.

      Customer no 251760 - contract no 83075
      1) as per our contract there is only 3 seasons, at the time of agreement
      (Red/white/blue) & we are eligible for 80% booking. Violating this the
      Management introduced purple season depriving 50% of holidays.
      2) you are not providing dry kitchanite as per the promise, hence our seniour
      Family members have to suffer.
      3) you are charging heavy asf. Please make it reasonable.
      4) online booking becomes herculean task, since many of the columns are
      Na or waitlisted. Please increase to 6 months and customer servicesable
      One.
      5) as per the agreement, members need carry confirmation voucher &
      Identity card only. The reception staff are asking unneceesary details.
      6) many of the associated properties are not upto standards.
      Please regularise the customer service.

          Greetings for the day.

          I am Narendra kumar reddy Y from bangalore.

          I have received 10 + calls during christmas vacation week to avail the membership.
          On 2-jan-2020 (Thursday) at 7.30 pm paid 89100 inr using my credit card for the 3 year plan membership. This is a single shot payment.
          I am keep on calling and did message, but no response from the sales person. I am afraid and how the service will be while going forward. I have tried by calling them and asking for their service.
          And i am very upset about the service part. Sales person gave me false promises before taking the membership, i have trusted him and paid membership fees. Once the membership is paid and i am mentally sick by calling them and sending whatsapp messages. I am not able to concentrate on my job also due to this.
          I sincerely request you to cancel my membership and kindly refund my money back.

            I had been invited for a meeting by club mahendra group in september 2019 at eefa hotel belgaum. During which i opted for their membership. During enrollment they hurry up for payment (Only few hours are provided). I had paid advance and given post dated cheques. I have taken membership of mhril with maf number appears as apr/2019/25yrs/266793 on the formmy member id is 2888232.. I had made down payment of rs 25, 000 and given 12 post dated cheques for emi. Later i found that its not worth. So i cancelled the membership within stipulated time. Its been 5 months since cancellation but still i have not received back my advance and cheques.

              Sir, recently we are registered in the name of deep shikha debnath, member id - 2889022.
              We had been invited by your marketing agents in the month of sep 2019, with an offer to visit your kanpur office. We had interaction about 40 minutes with mr shankar bisth and team. They gave me incomplete information about the white season and didn't cleared the pros and cons of offer that we have to pay rs 15700/- as maintenance costs every year. They didn't even cleared that white season can apply to red season only after remaining 15 days left from holiday starting date. Practically it is not possible to avail red season due to heavy rush period of childrens summer vacations and winter vacations. On our first visit to jim corbett club mahindra resort we experienced a lot of worst experience due to mismanagement of mr shankar bisth and team.
              Our booking was managed by mr bisth from 24 dec to 29 dec 2019.. But when we reached to jim corbett on 24 dec 2019, we were informed that there was no booking for us very next day.. I. E. On 25 dec 2019. And on 29 dec 2019
              First day itself i realised that i was badly cheated and trapped by your cunning agents mr shankar bisht, who deliberately offered me cheap and worthless
              White season despite knowing all about our family backgrounds,

              That we have school going childrens and there are no other option otherthan to proceed on holidays in summer or winter vacations.
              Further we had no other option left other than to opt for upgradation to red season by paying 10% upgradation charges and continue my 5 night 6 days at jim corbett holiday home.
              Further i came to know and aware of misfeeding my contact numbers and e mail id deliberately, so that i could not receive any confirmation call which might have been done by your management teams because it wasl preplanned that i should not receive actual information about white season... Yes, today first time i received a confirmation call with details of red season option when i corrected the contact no. And email id with the help of your executives mr mahesh and mr sarim khan who helped me at jim corbett to continue my 5 night holidays...

              Now you think and cosider that isn't it a
              Misguide and fraud by your agents? Just in order to achieve their targets they play games with your valuable customers, and after such painful experience why should i continue club mahindra membership??
              Hence you are requested to discontinue my membership and refund my all those amount which i paid from sep 2019 to till date, as it is quite expensive to continue for red season costing approximately ₹ 610000/-, excluding ₹ 15700/- annual maintenance charges. (Which we were not at all informed about, at the time of first meeting by
              Mr shankar bisth and team at your kanpur office.) hope you will take strict action against defaulters and save your company from such unexpected loss by such an irresponsible and cunning

                      Club mahindra invited us and introduced a very lucrative offer of their membership and we trusted them as option of cancellation in case of not feeling comfortable to the plan we applied for membership. Reading details of the terms we were shocked to know about many terms were kept deliberately hidden and we applied for cancellation within 10 days period.

                      I had paid the downpayment of rs 28500/- at an event in jaipur in august. Very next day when i realised i made a mistake i asked for the refund. But 4 months has passed but i have not received any refund of the down payment paid by me. I am asking and requesting again that provide my refund before i initiate any legal action against the company. My maf no is jan/2019/25yrs/254738 and mhril is[protected] and[protected].

                        Dear Sir,

                        I had subscribed for membership of Club Mahindra Membership No. 2771391.

                        I am a government servant and in my department holidays are rarely sanctioned due to which I am not able to avail the facilities of my membership.
                        And also, whenever I search for any resort of my choice, the said resorts are never available as per my available dates resulting to which I could never avail any of the facilities provided by the club.

                        Therefore, I request you to please cancel my membership and discontinue the monthly deduction of money from my bank account and also, to refund my money.

                          We paid 39.8k for eswar reddy (Working in club mahindra) by hand and 33k was paid in three installments and they told us that they will provide 14 days of accommodation and that is valid for 1 and 1/2 year. Now there are not respondings to our queries. Now we wants to go but still they are not responding and saying to pay remaining installments. We want our money back total of 73k. Refund our money now else we will take a serious action legally.

                            I have sent enough of cancellation mails and had gone physically to the office and they replied me saying you will get cancellation mail within 2 days. I work in dubai so i had to go back. But in the mail also they didnt reply. Now its been 2 years and you guys are blackmailing me,... I didnt get any response for my any of my mails. Sales persons have been texting and torturing me with emi payment and stuff...

                                U have provided me a voucher for 2n 3 d
                                In name of raman dhall and u have issused me cionfirmation voucher in the name of khatri raman as ur system has picked the name from my emai id
                                But my name is raman dhall i have a conversation with ur call center as wellas ur resort but the are not doing anything so i want to support from u to change my name

                                  I am a member of club mahindra since last more than 24 months but not able to utilise a single holiday due to lot of constraint in getting booking of a desired resort.
                                  I was promised by your sales representative at the time of taking my membership that i will never find a difficulty in booking as;

                                  1. They i. E. The sales representative (Mr. Pinkesh) and his superior (Mr. Hriday solanki) are always available on phone and they will definitely get booking done as and when i want.
                                  But now none of them are even picking my phone calls nor responding to my sms / what'sapp messages.

                                  2. Booking can be done online with higher season / higher unit and accordingly holidays will be debited.
                                  But system is not allowing me to book in higher season even though units are available.

                                  Now i am tired of calling your representative and his superior. I am worried and fed up that how i can continue for 25 years in this situation.

                                  I therefore request you to guide me for cancellation of my membership for member id: 2782254. And its refund too.

                                  Expecting a favorable reply immediately from you.

                                    From prior to enrolling for club mahindra membership, i faced issues with false promises and worst customer experience.

                                    Club mahindra member id: 2848344

                                    At the time of the first meeting with club mahindra executive, whatever we ask, he replied in yes.

                                    Me: can i gift a holiday to my friend?
                                    Cm executive: yes, they just have to pay around 400-500 inr as an extra charges.
                                    Reality: they have to pay[protected] + gst) per day

                                    Me (10 december 2018): come and explain the plan to my parents
                                    Cm executive (Manish sinha): will come next week.
                                    Me (After 20 days): when will you come to surat?
                                    Cm executive (Manish sinha): i am at rajkot. I will come and meet you.
                                    Reality: today it is after a year (17 december 2019), he's never come to meet me and explain about club mahindra to my parents.
                                    Now, i get the idea after reading so many complaints on this website that they just delay first 10 days so that you are bound to their norm of no refund after 10 days. (I have screenshots of this conversation)

                                    They ask for referrals but do not provide enough points they promise at the time of collecting references.

                                    After my friend enrolled for club mahindra membership.
                                    Cm executive (Priti): sir, your friend is now member of club mahindra and you will get 10000 points, which is worth 10000 rs.
                                    After few days of follow up with priti, she finally told me that you will get it after 2 months (Which was not mentioned ever).
                                    After 2 months i got 5000 points and priti (Cm executive) also denied that she told me about 10000 points.
                                    (I have email and chat conversation proofs regarding this)

                                    Worst experience ever

                                    For my monthly emi due for october 2019, aftab from club mahidra, asked me to deposit the cheque i have given in advance to club mahindra.
                                    I strictly said no to him due to low funds in my account. However, he still deposited the cheque and i got the message from bank that your cheque has been returned.

                                    I don't want club mahindra to spoil my bank credit records and go against my permission.

                                    After this i have decided to withdraw the membership and demand full refund of the amount i have paid to club mahindra till now. I have also initiated email chain using [protected]@mahindraholidays.com but they are denying for the refund.

                                    I want the refund of below amount as i have not used a single service of club mahindra. Rather i have given them a new member as a referral. I want my hard earned money.

                                    Down payment = 44, 000.00
                                    Emis (Feb to nov 2019 except oct[protected].00 * 9 = 1, 01, 781.00
