[Resolved] Club Mahindra Holidays — refund against membership cancellation | |
I have enrolled for club mahindra membership on 3rd december 2017 for which i have made payment of rs 15000/- via cc, due to some family circumstances i called them back on 6th december to cancel membership application. Formal cancellation mail was sent on 9th december 2017, on which 100% refund was committed by sr executive jagan naidu and his colleague. Now since 2 months they keep saying that will get refund in form of cheque, but till date i hvn't received anything. Since now they have started ignoring me and not attending my calls, felt like cheated by club mahindra. Please help me in getting refund from club mahindra. Was this information helpful? | |
